I was pleasantly impressed with the service and package
I was pleasantly impressed with the service provided by Emirates vacation. The team had worked with me to select a perfect vacation to Thailand. Somehow I didn’t realize I needed to pay off my vacation on a certain date. Thankfully, out of courtesy a team member called me to remind me of the payment date.
Additionally, I loved that the flight and accommodations were included at a reasonable price.
Due to the long flight, I did pay to upgrade my seats, which was pleasant enough for economy class.
I definitely recommend Emirates vacation 100%.

Emirates always delivers an exceptional experience.
I had a wonderful experience with the Emirates vacation package. The customer service was excellent, and I received amazing deals. I've been recommending it to family and friends. 😊 However, when I visited the resort's customer service office, the person in charge was not helpful and didn't seem to know anything about the activities bookings, as they had explained in their email. Despite this, it was still a great experience, and I was able to book my activities on my own.

A memorable vacation!!!
I would like to share that last Friday I came back from 1 week in Maldives a vacation organized by Emirates Vacations. It was in Villa Park Sun Valley, a beautiful natural “paradise”. The reason I am writing this note is because I am very impressed by the costumer service from Emirates, I am disabled and they worked with me to find the right place to accommodate my needs. Great package for Kuredu Resort in Maldives. Excellent customer service from the time of booking. Very clear information on what is included and NOT included in the package. Airfare reservations were done accurately. The welcome packet for the guest/passenger instructions and guidelines were very clear and helpful in setting expectations. It guided you step-by-step on what to do before, during, and after arrival at the Airport and to your final destination. There were NO HIDDEN fees or agendas. The package I paid for was exactly what I got. Amazing experience throughout our vacation. Thank you!

I am glad I used Emirates Vacation. It was great and provided great options on hotels. The whole experience was great, and the round-trip flight from Chicago to Dubai was the best. Customer service was friendly and responded quickly to my emails. I had everything I needed before I left, and everyone I came in contact with was very nice. I especially liked the meet and greet at the airport, and I am glad I added airport transfers. I would use them again for my next trip.

Every thing from flight, hotel arrangements, sightseeing places, pick up and drop offs went smoothly, I didn’t have to call, they kept to timing, I was impress that the pickup and drop off vehicle came with a baby car seat cos I didn’t travel with one, staff were professional and am already planning to have another vacation plan because it was a stress free vacation to Dubai with a 16months old. The whole experience was very easy and satisfying to arrange. Everyone I spoke with on the phone was extremely helpful and professional. The hotels recommended were spectacular. The flights were comfortable and on time. The prices were very reasonable for the service we recieved.

It was an awesome experience booking my vacation with Emirates. I recommend anyone looking for a vacation in Dubai to reach out to Emirates Vacation. You would not be disappointed. After booking my vacation I called my sister and she too reached out to Emirates Vacation and booked. The staff was very helpful and got back to us immediately concerning the different packages.
Overall the tours we went on were fantastic. Can't wait to return to Dubai for another vacation.

I surprised my son for his college…
I surprised my son for his college graduation on a trip via Dubai vacations. We stayed at the JW Marriot. We had an amazing time. The flight was great. So much food, and the seats were so comfortable. The Hotel was beautiful and our all inclusive breakfast was the largest amount of food I have ever seen! We will definitely do this again! Looking now to see other destination spots!

Emirates vacation to Dubai at the Hilton Habtoor was amazing!
Our Emirates vacation to Dubai was amazing! From start to finish they made my experience to create a memorable vacation for my family a trip of a lifetime. The staff were helpful booking the trip and making payments online was very easy. The transfer to the hotel and pickup went smoothly. The airline staff, food and tv entertainment was great for a 13 hour flight from DC. The Hilton Habtoor hotel had our room ready with an amazing view of the Burj Khalifa when we arrived in the city that was very convenient to everything. There were several cafes, restaurants and a grocery store in walking distance. The hotel was connected to two other hotels that gave us access to 3 different pools, restaurants and entertainment. The rooftop restaurant had the best view of the city! The free shuttle bus to the Dubai mall and the Hilton private beach made this trip easier to save money on Ubers. The buffet breakfast was the best that was included with our package. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. The bath tub with bathe salts made me feel right at home. The extended check out gave us more time on our last day. We were able to see the #1 Le Perle show next door to the hotel before heading to the airport. I would definitely book another trip with Emirates for my next vacation.

The accommodations provided for the trip were excellent. The booking and payment process was easy. Everything went as planned in the description. The hotel and staff were top-notch. I highly recommend staying at the Raffles Dubai Hotel. It is directly located next to a mall with a grocery store, and two blocks from the Metro (transit) station.
