We are sorry to read you. I saw that you received the may box on the 10th of june and the june one is on its way. We are sorry for the delays but the crisis made deliveries out of France much longer. Regarding French e-mails it is because you Registered on the French website (.fr) and not the European one (.com) and therefore e-mails are sent in french.
