I bought a mattress there with my family, great quality and service!!

Fast shipping! Great customer service and very comfortable mattress! Would recommend 10/10

Have tried to get in contact with the company and nothing. No update on order just silence.

Finally asking for a cancellation and refund of the affirm payment plan because this isn't okay and I'm done with he company.

You guys need to be able to get back with customers in a timely matter especially when promoting all your sales and now it seems scammy behavior.

Edit: realize I forgot to update this, got my refund easily. It seems that department was quick to respond compared to their other emails at the time. Hope they are doing better since then.

I received a twin mattress on May 16th. The zipper on the cover has not been stitched to enable the metal ends to be tucked into the cover. The ends might rip my bedding. On June 2 2023 I asked Emma sleep what they would do I was assured the managers would deal with this as a top priority.
Today is June 6. I called Emma customer service today twice. Each time the phone line had problems and I could not understand what either agent was saying. Finally I said I wanted to return it It's under the trial.
I heard parts of the garbled speech which sounded like "open email and another department of managers." To top it off this hybrid mattress feels like sleeping on a cement slab.

Unreliable. Order since January still hasn't been fulfilled. They've been giving excuses for 5 months straight. The product is good quality though. I used it in Europe and support was much better. In Canada it is just broke.

Item arrived with the seal broken. I’ve been trying to replace it with no to little help. Was told that the item was shipped and it never arrived. Do no buy from this company.

Amazing New Mattress!

I wanted to get a new mattress for myself, since I am finally moving to a new house. Emma's mattress is so comfortable and cooling that I get to sleep peacefully through the night. I usually sleep hot, but with Emma I didn't even need to stick my foot out for the extra cold.

I own an Emma mattress at home and was thrilled to sleep on the Canadian version when visiting my friend Liz, in Toronto.
Although different from mine, the Canadian mattress is very comfortable and supportive, and I slept great on it, even though my back was acting up those days and I was expecting the worst.
I also like their prices, great deal!

Mattress Came quick but to hard they sent out more padding for me to put in still to hard pillow way to soft didn’t support my head I return it on the 22/03/2022 and only got the refund on the 27/04/2022 email they said there was an error sent again and another error finally got resolves to email for me and then I finally got my refund they need to get a phone number

Avoid avoid avoid!! I ordered an Emma, paying a lot of money for this pillow after one nights trial the pillow was too soft, so as advised on the Emma mattress website you can send the pillow back and have a full refund. The refund has taken 3 weeks and I have only recieved part of the money I have paid. I’ve challenged this and have been told I have had to pay tax?? How can I pay tax on an item that I have sent back?? I am now having to challenge this to get a FULL refund. what a lot of Hassle especially when the website states a full refund will be given back!!

If someone tells you about the worst customer service believe them. My story is same as the other people who are writing down.

Before ordering try to get in touch with the customer service for emma and you will get your answer by yourself.

I have not received my mattress. I have sent multiple emails and have received NO valid replies, only questions. They have the WORST customer service, there is a phone number published in the website but you can never get through. I asked them several times to give me a number to call but the never did. An awful experience. Not recommended.

Received the mattress in a timely manner. The mattress is very comfy and cool too

The mattress is of very good material, well built and very comfortable for some who like its firmness as is; but we found it to be on the too soft side and were relying on a topper to compensate, but unfortunately this option is not available for Canadian buyers; we bought 2 Twin XL because there was a big sale and reviews were favourable, and we were really relying on the option of a topper; we will continue the trial period for some time and will decide whether to keep or return;

I got my mattress and its great. Challenge is that I accidentally ordered two, and canceling the second order has been painful. Customer service is poor. If I were to do this again, would likely order another brand.

I did order a California king and receive a regular king which was a bit disappointing but fine.

Very comfortable. Doesn’t run hot. Very fast delivery. Reasonable price.
I was deciding between the Endy, Casper and Emma. Very happy with my purchase.
Only issue is edge support, but this is a universal problem with all foam mattresses.

I used thave a Mattech Mattress at 2500 dollars , this mattress was excellent , after 15 years I had to change it .... I was looking for 3 months for foam mattress , Endy , Casper , douglas .... They all seemed very good reviews .. Then Emme came on special , I ordered it finally !!! Im 6 foot 3 , 260 ... Im telling you with all the mattress I tried ( traveling ) and My old Mattress Mattech ... This Emme is like sleeping on a cloud ... no more hurting when I wake up ! ( used to have shoulder pain and lower back pain) .... WOW Fantastic mattress , I fell asleep and I wake up in the morning , never sleeped so good in my life !
Dont forget im 6 3 260 LBS ! I love this mattress and I recommentd it to everyone before buying something else ! Try it you have nothing to lose ! 100 free nights ! Excellent product
