My previous experiences of purchases from Emma Bridgewater have always been excellent and my recent buy is no exception. I ordered and received two mugs which are a wedding present for my daughter and future son in law. My order was delivered as expected. The Peter Rabbit mug was so clumsily made his jacket was hardly matching the outline ,no decorators initial , too ashamed to admit whose it was that had decorated this mug. I have always been a huge fan of EB but…
I have always been a huge fan of EB but I feel completely let down by my most recent experience. I do not believe in giving bad reviews unless really warranted and this is the only bad review I have given. I returned an item that was not as expected which is really unusual as I have never had to return an item to EB. I rang and explained the reason and was sent the return slip. All fine. However I virtually returned the item the following day or so on the 31st July. EB confirmed that the item had been received not last Sunday but the Sunday before but to date no refund has been received. I have chased twice but still no refund. The merchandise is excellent and the service when you call is again good but it appears EB warehouse is letting the company down.
