Little works of art
Our son and his wife have cleared a display shelf in their kitchen/dining room for the Emma Bridgewater personalised mugs and plate that we gave them to mark the joyful arrival of their first child. Their other crockery - which is of good quality - is in the cupboard. Herein lies the difference between Emma Bridgewater pottery and other tableware. Emma Bridgewater designs are beautifully drafted. Those designs are little works of art painted on to functional pottery that is made with care and pride. It is a pleasure to share food with friends and family served on Emma Bridgewater pottery. The cost may be above average for tableware - but the quality is a country mile ahead of other suppliers.

Both mugs were broken
Both mugs were broken; package was smashed on one corner. Went to Fed Ex and they said it was the company's fault and wanted to charge me $200 to return the items to England. Then on your site you want to charge me for a return slip. No way am I paying for that - it's cheaper to reorder because I want what I ordered. This will be my last order unless the situation is remedied to my satisfaction.
