Customer service needs to be better.
The team are very nice. I can’t fault Riccardo and Lisa for their cooperation. However I cannot help but feel disappointed as the product I received was the not the one I was led to believe I was buying. The colour was different, the zips were different looking and also a different colour and the strap was different too. Very important details that change the whole look of the bag I thought I was purchasing. Upon a request for a return, Riccardo was valiant in his attempt to convince me the bag is the same colour and explained that the manufacturer had changed but it was clearly not the same colour and any change in manufacturer should be explained to a potential buyer before purchase. I also felt a little offended as it was quite clear that what I was saying was the truth. Ultimately a product was sold to me with the knowledge it was not the same as the one I believed I was buying and this is unethical. Hence my low scoring review. In the end considering the fact that it would cost me further money to return the product, I decided to keep the bag to save myself the hassle. They are still beautiful products and I would advise any potential buyer not to be put off from buying these bags but make sure before you do that the seller is absolutely clear and honest about what you will receive. This review is about customer service and not the quality of the product which is excellent.
