I am very happy that I chose Fantini Pelletteria when looking to purchase a duffel weekender. There were a few little hiccups in the shipping to the U.S. but excellent customer service and communication in getting it resolved. The duffel is beautifully made.

Customer service was top-notch. I purchased the blue leather backpack, Fiorentino, as a Christmas gift for my partner. Unfortunately, the first package was porch-pirated... We provided proof that we filed a police report and two FedEx claims, and Mariagrazia was so helpful throughout the whole process. The merchant shipped a second package, and I redirected the destination to a secure local FedEx pickup location. The backpack is now safely in our hands, it's beautiful and so well-made!

Incredible customer service. I bought a vespucci bag that unfortunately wore out on the shoulder straps within 1 week of use.

I contacted the customer service team from their website and their response was incredibly quick and helpful! I didn't even have my receipt but described which store, date and time I purchased my product, and they confirmed within a day! They sent me a brand new product that arrived within a week and I am genuinely impressed at how well their customer service is. Highly recommend and will most definitely buy from again!
