I ordered a dress and needed it next day delivery. DPD somehow made a mistake and the delivery didn't arrive at all. Customer service went out of their way to re-order for me, as a next day delivery so it arrived in time for the function. Not only completely helpful but very personable too. I wish I had the name of the person who dealt with this as they were amazing :) Dress was lovely too

E-mailed customer service and they responded within 12 hrs. Received items quickly.

I ordered two midi dresses. Both are definitely not midi length, they’re maxi (I’m pretty tall, and they’re down to my ankles..) My low rating is of the inconsistency of what’s advertised and what you actually receive, it’s not regarding their customer service so much as the items I ordered not being as advertised.

My daughter and I both shop at Empowa because many of the clothes suit us both. I love the cheesecloth dresses just bought two new ones and I have quite a few still from last year as they wash lovely. Also the petite items are great for me as I’m only 5ft 😊 Thanks Empowa! !

Communication from the company regarding re-stocking sold out products was great.
Prompt delivery too.
The only thing i would like to see improving is the sizing, the dress is a little on the small side even ordering a M-L this is a little too revealing (too small/tight) for a 34E bra cup.
M-L is the biggest size to order so my boobs are on full display in a nice classy wrap dress.

My return was lost and I have received no refund. They aren’t willing to do anything.

First time ordering from Empowa ordered 2 dresses and the tassel skirt, I was impressed with that quality, normally if I order a few things from other companies things can be see through or just thin material but all 3 where lovely! I will ordering again very soon.

I was sent a completely different item than what I ordered. I tried to return it but the shipping would have cost me more than the entire 2-piece set I am stuck with.

Never got any confirmation emails of order.

I’m 99% sure I ordered full price item but they said it was a sale item not sure how when it was the same price as the other sets.

As they claimed was a sale item I never got a refund just a credit note I will have to order something and repay delivery now.

Never replied to online message request for days and claimed they wasn’t open as it was a Saturday but the message was sent the Monday before.

Item looked like a pj set. Nothing like on line. Also commented on a post that I was still waiting for a reply and got a reply via instagram asking to remove it. And screenshot prove of emails when it’s an auto thing you have to fill in can’t prove that

Loved the suits I bought in two colours both ripped at the seam after 2 weeks I was abso gutted , the clothes are beautiful though so I would give them another try

The company sent me a bag with a huge hole inside, which resulted in me losing expensive makeup and my house keys in London. They refused to offer me a refund and made up a time scale policy which is NOT outlined on their website.

Really wanted to love this shop. I feel like I still would after this simple mistake, but I still am here with the wrong dress and $17 in shipping still not refunded back. I emailed to send the dress back, but never received the label. Not sure what to do.

Thank you for your response! I did receive my refund for the dress, but not the $17 shipping unfortunately. Customer service also mentioned they’d send a label via email and I still haven’t received it. I didn’t want to seem like a scam and hang onto the dress that I received a refund for.
