We’ve checked your order and can confirm it was placed on 25/04/26 and is scheduled for delivery today.

As such, this doesn’t reflect a two‑week delay as stated.

We’d also like to note that our support team was not contacted at any point to raise a query regarding delivery.

Very bad experience with this company…

Very bad experience with this company (END. UK).

I still have not received my parcel. The item was marked as delivered to a neighbour that I did not select, with no photo or proof of delivery provided. I have been left trying to locate the parcel myself without any result.

The most frustrating part is that the company refuses to take any responsibility for the missing item and is instead asking me to investigate the issue with the courier. This is unacceptable. I paid for a product that I have not received, and it is still missing.

I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Please see below, a snippet from DPD’s Terms and Conditions, explaining in detail about what authorisation they have when delivering to a neighbouring property:

“Unless the Customer or the Consignee notifies the Company in writing otherwise and such notice is formally acknowledged in writing by the Company, the Company shall be entitled to deliver the Consignment to a Neighbour of the Consignee's address, a concierge at the Consignee's building or a Pickup Location within the Company's delivery hours.”

You can find the full Terms and Conditions on this link: https://myportal.drivers.dpd.co.uk/terms.

END. do allow deliveries to neighbours for all of our customers (to give them full flexibility over their delivery should any issues arise leading to the receiver not being present at the property at the time of delivery), so DPD can leave your parcel with a neighbouring property unless they are specifically instructed otherwise for the delivery in question.

Unfortunately, due to the above, if you are still wanting to dispute this delivery, you would have to raise this as a civil dispute with your local police.

Should the police or DPD require any further information from our side, we would be more than happy to provide this if it is within the Data Protection Act laws.
