You sent me a size of shoe 4 sizes…

You sent me a size of shoe 4 sizes larger than I ordered. Your only option for contacting you is through AI chat. I've followed all of the AI requests TWICE explaining my situation and uploading photos of the box with shoe label. It's almost been a week and no one from end has contacted me. I'll be doing a charge back on Friday if I do not get a response from you. Terrible. Absolutely terrible customer service.

This is a legit store

This is a legit store. I received the item (Adidas Adizero Evo SL) as ordered. It came sooner than the ETA thru Fedex. Very pleased with my very first order.

END. are based in the United Kingdom and all of our parcels are shipped from here.

Most packages entering your destination country are subject to import duties and these would need to be paid by yourself.

If you do not want to pay these import duties then you can refuse to accept the parcel from the courier and the goods will be returned back to our warehouse for a full refund once they arrive back.

Great service but too many emails

Great service, great prices, managed to use a 20% discount and I’m really happy with the quality of my new tshirt and Birkenstocks. Everything was delivered quickly too!
My only downside, is I get way too many emails from END ever since my order and had to unsubscribe as the email trail was heavy! Was a little annoying.

You need to have a human being to speak…

You need to have a human being to speak to when there is a delivery issue, yourselves and DPD are impossible to deal with when there is an issue.
All I wanted to do, was redirect my item to a different address as the original address was a typo error.
The item went back to you and I was unable to reorder due to being out of stock, very poor performance.

In this instance, the issue occurred due to an address typo entered at checkout.

While we appreciate that mistakes can happen, we do recommend carefully checking delivery details before placing an order, as once a parcel has been dispatched with the courier, changes or redirections are often not possible.

Unfortunately, this resulted in the item being returned to us, and due to limited stock availability, it was no longer possible to reorder.

We do acknowledge how frustrating this outcome was, and while we’re sorry for the inconvenience caused, this was a situation that could have been avoided.

My only issue was the order tracking…

My only issue was the order tracking said it was complete and packed or processed on the same day I ordered
With delivery scheduled

Then it was 3 days until it updated then there was a critical error with DPD and it arrived a day late.

The status updates are misleading as I thought it was getting dispatched faster than I lt was
