The guys were on time , polite, efficient and the company was clear and upfront about costs. Couldn't get a better service.

Half of docs send one week later and still waiting for fire accessment
Won't been using the company again and if you a landlord want it quick may should find some other provider. Disappointing.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Communication was excellent calling me 30 minutes before the staff arrived to carry out the tests. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Energy Cert Scotland.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

When questioning an EICR they did not respond to email. Phoning them, they say that they have sent to their electrician who works for them. Two weeks later no reply…..
Phoning them they said it is not their problem…..
Electrician phoned after prompting, 20 days after inspection.

Their electrician identified issues needing urgent repair - guess what an inspection by another company found that one of the issues for repair was fully compliant with current regulations.

Company very rude on phone and no customer service after money paid. No manager available apparently and refused to give their name.

Recommend avoiding at all costs

The company sent me out a reminder when annual checks were due. It was quick and easy to arrange a visit and certificates were provided promptly.

Excellent service. Quick response and booked an appointment with no hassle. Reasonably priced and would highly recommend.

Good company reliable and keep in contact, work carried out asap and certificates sent out thereafter.

The company did my varied house safety assessments covering Legionella and energy efficiency. They were thorough and excellent their reports. Thanks for such customer experiences

Recently used Energy Cert to do an asbestos survey and remove an asbestos board form behind the gas flu.
Everyone I dealt with was kind and polite, they were super helpful and the survey was very professional. I will be back to use you again.

EPC & Legionella RA - quick service and document turnaround

This is the worst company that i have to deal with. I used them twice,
The first time the certificate has wrong address.
The 2nd time is a nightmare to get certificates to issue even after 3 weeks of payment. There is no way of chasing them because the calling number is just a 3rd party office without any information/knowledge, they can only pass on the detail and promise to call back. It has been 10 phone calls to request the certificates but noone call back.
I sent email to them to request the certificates so that we can fulfill our license application, but no clear answer but asking us to keep waiting.
we paid nearly 400GBP for the work but no certificates issued.

quick, easy and polite staff

Used for legionella risk assessment. Communication from the outset was spot on, especially from Eve in the office. Assessor was very polite and kept me updated on when he was due to arrive.

This company is fantastic. They were very diligent every step of the way. The certificates produced are of a very high and professional standard. The office staff were always very understanding, courteous, and extremely helpful. I will definitely use their services again.

I found them to be very easy to deal with via their website but even better over the phone.
