I recently engaged their services for a short term rental package.

My property is on the Isle of Skye and I found trying to arrange all of the services required for my licence application very difficult. Anyone going through this process, I sympathise with!

I needed everything, EPC, Legionella Risk Assessment, Fire Risk Assessment, Floor plans, Smoke Alarms, EICR and PAT testing.

My only minor gripe would be I couldn’t get a really quick appointment due to my location but they explained and I understood that they had to group my job with others on the way, or around me, to make it work for them.

Two weeks later an electrician and two other people turned up within an hour of each other and carried out all services. I paid on the day & got my certificates two days later.

The communication was good and staff helpful, the people on site were professional and polite.

I would recommend and use again.

Ordered fire alarm fitting using their "exact quote" service for my new property.

Now I am being chased for extra payment for additional fire alarm install despite selecting the correct property type and postcode.

Avoid.

Terrible service, assessor in and out of property in 5 minutes, incomplete report sent 5 weeks later, rude staff, rude owner, fake bot reviews, avoid.

This month (December)I booked an appointment for a energy certificate. On the day of the evaluation a man came, evaluate everything in approximately 10 minutes and left. All good until I received my energy rating certificate. It was incomplete, rating was lower than expected, my 4kw solar panels + 6.5kw battery missing from the certificate (he wrote only " photovoltaic panels' on it), loft insulation and laminate floor insulation missing from the certificate.
I'm really disappointed about this.
Now I have to book the certificate elsewhere to make it right.
I won't use this company again.

I am about to re-rent out a flat I have and had let the certificates lapse. I contacted Energy Cert Scotland and they have been brilliant. EICR, PAT and legionella RA done quickly and efficiently.

Excellent service, especially from electrician. Think you could be more transparent and give more details about details of quote but otherwise very happy with service.

Certify Let’s was always there after making an appointment and I appreciate that. Price for the work was very reasonable too as I had phoned around. Will definitely use them in the future for my other properties
