Very helpful representative!

Lakindra was very sweet. I was very concerned about how extremely high our electric bill for August is and she was able to give me a comparison to last year’s bill. She also explained that a little bit lower rate with Clean Sky was negotiated for the coming year.

Answered call immediately

Answered call immediately. Did not have to wait on hold. Explained the process to change auto debit accounts after I had tried to myself and it did not work.
Then she took care of changing it for me.
Made sure I didn’t need anything else before we ended the call. Very pleasant.

Great customer service

Great customer service. I have been using Energy Ogre for the last 6 yrs. They are great and have helped me save money. I tell everyone to use them. They have also always been pleasant to work with. Customer service is great and I feel I am definitely talking to a real person. Today I had some questions and I chatted with Zach. He was very kind and vey helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed.
