These guys in Enfields are absolutely excellent. Communication was really good. They were updating us with progress every week always with polite and professional manners. There was some issues with the selling process but they put lots of afford to make the property ours. 5 star company!

We were very impressed with everything that Enfields did for us. We took our time to decide who we were going to go with but we decided to use them because they were a smaller agency that were local to us. We started talking to Paul, the manager, but we have spoken to many of the sales team, who have all been efficient and helpful. That is something that we really liked as it was a whole team effort and we felt that we worked really well with everyone and built a great relationship with them. We were very impressed with their knowledge and the fact that they listened to what we wanted and the process was led by us and our needs. They always rang on a Tuesday to give us updates about what was happening. Thanks to all of the great service, we sold our property within days and completed more quickly than predicted.

Having moved from Scotland to Southampton recently my partner and I were new to the English buying system. Having an elusive lawyer(s) we learned quickly that unless we contacted Shaun our estate agent at Enfields nothing much happened. He took the time to explain things and he acted as intermediary between the two lawyers, sellers and ourselves. My wife and I picked Enfields to sell our property based on the quality of their service when viewing houses to buy, and they really excelled. Having originally had only a couple of viewings over the space of several months with an online-only agency, Enfields generated many more viewings in a matter of weeks and soon found us a buyer. As it happened we found a property to buy through them as well and this was where they really shone. Our process of reaching exchange of contracts was quite tricky, with some hitches in the chain along the way. Enfields were absolutely fantastic, pro-actively moving both the sale and purchase along on our behalf, contacting solicitors, our vendors, and our buyer to keep things progressing. When there were issues they helped to resolve them, and consistently kept in touch, providing both updates and advice. Whether you're looking to buy, sell, or both I couldn't recommend them more.
