I missed one month payment of council tax…

I missed one month of council tax agreement due to sickness and the following month i paid it and told them my circumstances, the officer i was asked to contact , made my situation worse, instead insisted i should pay four times the money i was paying every month .
They are very wicked, rude and not supportive and i bet you, most of these bailiff are owing more debts than myself They call my phone more than 6 times a day,at one point ,i nearly had a heart attack.
The government should not give them the power to harrass people who even try to pay their debts ,as some of them are very evil and abusing power.

I would give it a minus if I could. They claim they look at individual circumstances but that's complete and utter rubbish. Just know, everyone has the same payment plan, regardless of your circumstances. It's clear they only want to make their part of the money and don't care about making it any easier on you. Unhelpful and vicious, can't wait to never deal with these lot ever again.

Stand your ground

Pure evil. File a completed form EAC2 (Complaint about a certified person) against them with Dartford County Court by email (google for the email address) if they harass you regarding a debt you have already paid. Complain to your local councillors if they pursue you for council tax which you have already paid. Notify the local police if they harass you or trespass on your property.

Newham Council appears to be operating…

Newham Council appears to be operating a fraudulent system within the authority. There seems to be collusion aimed at extracting money from residents under false pretences. They have issued an enforcement letter claiming that a "liability order was obtained" from a magistrate’s court, yet they have failed to provide any evidence of such an order. When I raised the issue through their online chat service, the representative responded with poor grammar and gave the name "Nisha," which raises further concerns about the credibility and professionalism of the process. There is a need to dismantle this corrupt council and its managers or they will continue to abuse their position of authority.

SCAM - ONESOURCE DEBT COLLECTORS/BAILIFFS

SCAM.
I just spoke to NEWHAM COUNCIL using the callback option on number 0203 373 3588 - they are a sub-team WITHIN Newham Council CLAIMING to be bailiffs. I told him Newham Council are ignoring all of my communication regarding a payment which was NOT missed and I uploaded proof on behalf of my elderly mother. The fool told me I had to make a minimum payment of £70 to stop the bailiffs attending. When I challenged this is when I learnt he was a council worker - this is where the taxes they need a 8.99% increase to go, The agent hung the phone up when he realised he was answering too many questions which clearly highlighted he was acting fraduently, along with Newham Council.

I’m being contacted constantly by…

I’m being contacted constantly by Onesource regarding a council tax debt to Newham council. I paid this off in full before Onesource began contacting me. They are stating that they sent a letter on 8th July yet this is the date the debt was paid on. Of course I wouldn’t have received the letter on the same day, yet according to Onesource I should have paid them and not Newham council despite having no correspondence from them prior to paying it. They now don’t seem to understand that I shouldn’t have to pay the debt again as I’ve already paid and they are constantly contacting me, threatening for bailiffs to come to my property and now adding additional fees despite me explaining the situation to them multiple times. On Saturday I spoke to someone named Latifa who said I would need to email them evidence of payment. I’d already done this twice prior to this phone call but I did it again on her instruction and emailed it over immediately. Despite this, they have now said they’ll be adding additional fees to what I apparently owe. I don’t know how else to explain to them that it’s not fair to expect someone to pay a debt two times over… I also had a phone call from them today which led to an automated message telling me it would be their final attempt to contact me as they’ve not yet managed to talk to me. This is an outright lie as I’ve called them many times to discuss the amount they claim I owe. Then, after holding on to speak to someone Onesource cut the line… It’s almost as if they’ll do anything they can to add the extra fees!!!

I owed money for a pcn that I set up a payment plan for. I was told they do not automatically take payment therefore, I need to call to pay. Well you cannot get through to anyone to pay the balance.

Then you answer the phone it’s an automated answerphone that you then get put into a queue with about 20 people ahead. Ask for call back, you never get one. Email they don’t respond.

Received messages saying they have spotted my car and will be taking it away early hours of the morning. I don’t live where the debt was registered to so not sure how they have spotted the car. They have given me severe anxiety. They are an appalling company to deal with.

I am being hounded by these people who will not respond to written requests as to what the Debt i owe relates to (i have not got a clue!), i have also made them aware of a vulnerability, they have ignored this correspondance... the have consistantly sent 3-4 text perday through messenger. No response from them but still threatening with an "Enforment Agent" - these are not Baliffs, they are random people with no scruples. this is not a bonafide and feels very much like a scam

Absolute scam do not pay them any…

Absolute scam do not pay them any money! I have reported them and blocked them. Sporadic in calls voicemail and even when answering is an automated voice. I have tried to contact by phone and webchat. Only once did I get through to someone on the phone who couldn't give me any details. Threatening texts to say that someone will visit my property to enforce but nothing received in writing or correct procedures followed no notice given just a text to say that someone will visit by 9pm. Have read all reviews to determine if an actual company but website looks basic and telephone is a bit suspect. If anyone turns up on my door I will be calling the police. And company is dissolved on companies house! A bit concerning and put me on edge but I know I don't owe anything and have done all my searches so I would not engage with this company! Not legitimate!

Lied about warrant that did not exist - these guys are fraudsters

If OneSource contact you or attend your premises, call the police! From my experience, they appear to be fraudsters parading as legitimate debt collectors.

OneSource Enforcement is not a legitimate debt collection agency—it is an organized scheme of theft, operating under the false pretense of enforcement. Their agents trespassed on my property without a valid warrant, lied about a debt that did not exist, and extorted £700 from my family using intimidation and deception. This was not a mistake—this was a premeditated act of fraud.

The matter went to court, and the judgment was clear: OneSource had no legal right to be at my property, no valid warrant, and no right to demand money. This proves that their actions were not just aggressive but outright criminal.

Even more disgracefully, the Borough of Havering is complicit in this scam, working hand-in-hand with OneSource to rob hardworking taxpayers. This is not just bad practice—it is a deliberate, coordinated effort to steal from the public under the guise of traffic violation enforcement.

I urge anyone targeted by OneSource Enforcement to fight back, expose them, and take legal action. This company should be shut down, and those responsible should be held accountable for their crimes. Warn everyone you know—this is legalized theft in its most blatant form.
