Quick shipping, excellent product.

Did not received my order, waiting more than month , no any support from the company

The dog charm is pretty, but the stones are smaller and lighter in color than in the photographs. It's a bit disappointing.

I am very disappointed in my experience. I reached out to customer service via their returns page the day after receiving my order. I received no response or tag/labwl to return my item. I have since sent 3 emails to customer service and heard nothing. Now I am stuck with shoes too small for $250. Very disappointing and as a small boutique owner myself I find this very poor service.

I ordered my boots on 8/20/2025. They have not arrived and the company has not answered my emails.
I hope I get the boots and if they do not fit, I am weary that I will not get a response on the other side of the purchasing experience.

Charged us for 1-3 day delivery - the shoes took a month to arrive. Did not answer emails, answer their phones or interact to social media messages. Also, the company is not in Italy as advertised but is in Bulgaria.

Absolutely loved my boots! The process was super smooth too! I ordered to have shipped to California and I got my order so fast and in perfect condition! Way better service and faster shipping than anything I have ever ordered from the states! Thank you!

I was looking for a pair of block heels to go with a formal dress. The color is a light mauve—difficult color to match. I could have gone with gold shoes. But I found this pair that seemed like the right shade. Beautiful patent leather, made in Italy. I have foot issues and it is usually hard for me to buy shoes on the internet. This is my first experience of shopping with Enibbana. But it most definitely won’t be my last. The shoes arrived. They are gorgeous, so comfortable, and match the dress perfectly. Superb craftsmanship. They were listed at only $120. When I checked out, merchandise was 50% off. And there was free shipping. I was flabbergasted and thrilled to have gotten such an exquisite pair of shoes for only $60. They easily have the quality of a $500 pair of shoes. Thank you Enibbana!!

Sandals did not fit. Requests for return label only produced automated replies. After over 1 week I have had no contact with company.

Great products

The purse is beautiful. However it arrived with damage on both flaps. I don’t know if it was sent that way or if it happened during transit as the purse was poorly packed. It had no filling and was only wrapped by one layer of bubble wrap.
