I ordered a pair of boots from a Danish company that don't actually sell directly to the states. It did take a week or so for them to ship out but they were expedited so they came very quickly. Fortunately the boots fit perfectly so I didn't have to worry about returning anything so I can't speak to how they are with that. I would order from them again.

Boots are very well made. Unfortunately, have to return and exchange for a larger size. I don’t understand why the process is set up where I have wait for an approval to return it. Most of the on line purchases I can start an or a return immediately. So now I have to constantly check emails for an approval. And I only have a 14 day window to so the return. I find this a major nuisance.

They should have a return portal not request a return and wait for days with no response. Idk if this is a fraudulent company or not. I’ve sent more than one message with no response.

Enibbana, don’t care anymore. I returned an order , and heard nothing? I continue to email the company , only to receive an automatic message to say they have received my enquiry, and they will respond shortly. Weeks have passed, with no response. I want my money back!
Unfortunately , this experience has been shared with other customers, which has helped me come to a decision , that I will NEVER shop with enibbana again.
