poor quality sole and terrible customer service
The sandals I ordered look beautiful, but the sole began to deteriorate on the very first wear. That was strike one, and then I don't normally write reviews but I have been trying to contact customer service for over a week and have not received any reply either by email or on the live chat. There is no phone number so this is mainly my attempt to reach someone!
Edit: October 2nd 2024: I have been trying regularly since writing this review to reach them and have still not heard anything. They essentially took my money and ran. Do not order from this shop!

They do not fit so I went to send them back. I printed the DHL label (which I assume is deducted from my refund) However, there is no DHL within 30 miles of me, I read that I could take it to the USPS, but they informed me that they do not accept DHL and they will have to charge me again to send it back.
