The day I received my order
The day I received my order, I immediately tried the 3 items on. The fit was way off on 2 of them and the 3 rd fit but wasn’t comfortable . I sent an email for a return label to be sent. That was 4 days ago. The email responses I have gotten only acknowledge that they received my request but they haven’t done anything to help me send these shoes back. I have purchased many items over the past couple of years. This is my first bad experience.

Thanks for being A Source for my Footwear. I did find that Italian Women Shoes are maybe 0.5 inch longer in size. My 8.5 inches shoes is actually 9 inches in size, though I used your chart. The fit was okay because my toes are comfortable.

Nice prices, but at a cost
I recently purchased a bag from Enibbana during their site wide sales. The bag came deformed (from being overstuffed), and I sent an email to the company to reach out about it. I haven’t heard back yet. I’ll be refunding the item, and maybe if they decide to reach out, they’ll waive my refund fee. Who knows.
