I found enibbana on facebook. Or Rather- they found me. I bought a pair of Bukela and a pair of Copenhagen boots. They are very high quality boots. The designs are wonderful. The shipping is fast.

Incredible customer service
Incredible customer service. I was afraid a return was going to be a big ordeal when i realized they only return ship with a carrier that doesn't come to our town, and they are in europe. Past experiences with other brands in similar situations has been terrible, but Enibbana was quickly responsive and happy to deal with it. I wouldn't hesitate to order again

Quite Ok but will not use again
Quite Ok but will not use again.
£10 delivery. £10 return. Slow to respond slow to action. They had to check why I have ordered 2 sizes of the same shoes. Seriously? Complicated calculations of discount and returns. Shoes were ok but for the price it was not worth the trouble at all as could buy any time anywhere. Overall not great.

Very bad experience!
I live in USA I’m Italian native, I have wear European size 40 but this shoes especially the righe one are small!
Anyway I try to contact the company with email and chat live but I got nothing!
Won’t never buy again and for how much people love my shoes (I have to wear without insole still very tight ) I tell them DONOT BUY!
