Obviously a scam site that doesn’t advertise it’s not free until after you complete your test. Then makes it seem as though your one time less than a dollar payment is it to see your results. Due to the Sunk Cost Fallacy most would just say “whatever it’s cheap” and pay, not knowing they’ve actually signed up for a hidden membership and be charged $30 after 24 hours.

I would give zero stars if I could. There are two options for subscriptions on this site. .99 for 24 hours or 30$ for 30 days. I paid the .99 and after the 24 hours they tried to charge me 39.99 . It does NOT state that you need to cancel anything or it will charge you more, it just gives you two options on which one you would like to buy.

Subscription scam. Claim they’re charging 99 cents and then charge you $40 the next day. Luckily my bank caught it and marked it as fraud.

I spent time taking the whole test and it "calculated results" forever. Nada. Don't use this site.

Do not even bother if you are looking for a free test. This test is not free. I WASTED my time completing a very long survey only for them to hit me with a payment or no results. They do this so that one feels like "well I already did it so I might as well pay the money". That is a VERY manipulative business tactic and it's a very scummy one. Stay far away.

Great service, quick results. I don’t like that they automatically sign you up for a subscription. I cancelled that immediately.

The test results help me to understand myself and why I operate as I do, in the world.

They did not have the decency of warning me that they were going to turn a one-off payment into a recurring membership.

Further my test results were in a a document whose file was named "The Enthusiast" when the actual report was describing the "Adventurer" type.

Looks a little vague and bogus to me...

They lure you in with "Free Enneagram Test", you take their 54 question test, and then you have to pay to get the results. That's false advertising and a total waste of my time. Even if the charge was 50 cents i wouldn't pay for such shady practice, I can't trust the test if I don't trust the people who made it...

I really needed to find out exactly who I was and I found out with accuracy that surprised me. It is certainly the best instrument I have found for those who need a clearer picture of themselves. I am recommending it to many of my friends.

Very useful as a tool in dating. It was spot on for both of us at ages 74 and 75.

This test was extremely helpful! A wealth a great information about one’s self and the healthy/unhealthy characteristics!

I somehow got dinged for $29 every month from this website and I don't know how they got my card info. I called and they immediately said "we'll refund for every month since January. It's already been approved" within seconds... they didn't ask questions and said it should take up to 5 business days. Nothing showing up on my bank statement yet. Will have to change cards. I suspect fraud.

While I’m still learning about enneagrams, the comments about my types were incredibly accurate. I’m looking forward to understanding the system better.

I had a very positive experience with Enneagramtest.com. I signed up for their service, partcipated in an event with friends and we were all able to learn more about our friend group in an entirely new way. What sets this apart from all of the other tests is the very usable organization of the information, making all of the insights much more accessible. Doing the test automatically assigns you to a monthly service, unless you cancel, I recommend getting one month to see if all of the benefits, then set a reminder for canceling it if it isn't for you. I also found the customer support for this company to be outstanding.

These idiots somehow can’t cancel my subscription and I’ve been requesting it since January. Apparently they couldn’t locate my info and that the charges weren’t going through. Everytime I complained, the pending charges magically disappeared. Didn’t complain this month, surprise surprise, charges popped up again. Don’t get this test through this site with this incompetent company.

I subscribed to do a test as a try out, then cancelled my subscription by sending an email as instructed to do on the website. 8 months later i find out they have been charging me 28$ a month. After writing back and forth an endless number of emails they agreed to pay back part of the sum, they agreed it was their mistake, but were not willing to pay for it... they say their company rules prevent them from returning all the money they took.
