Watch Out! EnneagramTest.com May Still Try To Charge You

EnneagramTest.com was engaged on 5/9/2024. Services were to be rendered for $1.99 for 7 days then $27.88 every month if not cancelled within the 7 day period via email OR call per their online requirements for cancellation. They were contacted twice by email, 5/9 and 5/15 and still tried to charge me $27.88. In addition, the charge submitted to my bank was $29.66 which appears to include $1.99 again. I repeatedly asked for confirmation of my cancellation efforts in writing and received nothing. Thankfully my bank contacted me as this charge and provider appeared suspicious to them as well. All charges were denied as unauthorized and saved me a lot of time and headache for something that I cancelled as I was supposed to.
