So far it's been an enlightening experience.

Although the test was truly amazing and gave me a lot of insight. I am extremely unhappy with the issues I am experiencing with my account.
I disabled the auto-renewal for my subscription, yet when I logged back in, it still showed “enable” instead of confirming that it was disabled. After attempting to disable it again, I suddenly became unauthorized to make changes.
Now, I am unable to log into my account at all. When I enter my password, I receive an error saying it's the "wrong combination." I then attempted to reset my password multiple times, but despite receiving a message that an email was sent with further instructions, no email ever arrived, even after multiple attempts and refreshing my inbox.

At this point, I am highly concerned about what is happening with my account and subscription. This feels deceptive and potentially illegal, as I am being denied access to a service I paid for while also being prevented from canceling.

This site has many assessments, which keeps you from going to multiple platforms, which I like. I initially visited and signed up for the Enneagram Test, which I found quick, and the results were insightful. I received a well-organized, easy-to-comprehend report in PDF form to download and a link in my email.

I also took the DISC, which was smooth and quick. I am confident I can send clients to this site to complete assessments.

When I explored Enneagramtest.com, You had to sign up and purchase a low-fee 7-day trial, which I did. I unsubscribed to the service immediately after buying and logging into my account.

I got put into a monthly billing cycle and could not get a hold of customer service For a refund. I kept getting a runaround from different people and then they would go silent.
Great terrible company to work with however, get the test somewhere else!!

This insightful tool helped me zero in on what my "number" is. It is helping me better understand why I do what I do and therefore be better equipped to make the necessary changes in ME that will help me experience more freedom in myself and therefore also in others. If you're not ready to take a hard look at yourself and your personal motivations, you won't like this thing! But I have been on a journey to learn to like myself better (and therefore also be a better person to others!), and this tool came along at JUST the right time to help me in my quest for a better me and a better life!!! If you don't understand yourself, how do you know what you need to take to God and ask for Him to help you change???

My therapist requested I take this test. It was super easy to complete and I've learned so much about myself! This will truly help me continue growing and developing towards being the best version of myself! It's almost scary how 54 questions can return such an accurate result of who I am deep down. I'm impressed to say the least!

Cannot cancel free trial. Unable to log in as doesn't recognise email address even though sending me emails, so can't log In to cancel. Being charged monthly, emailed them and no reply.
Had to block via bank. Avoid, avoid avoid

I used the site needing an in-depth assessment & the initial personality test, seemed a little different to the standard Myers-Briggs test, so I purchased the 7-day trial option. I thought I could try the rest of the assessments but when I started using the site, I could only find the same initial assessment. I assumed it was my error & that the trial might have had some limitations but I was a little reassured when after the pruchas I could create a profile.

After charging me for the monthly subscription, I contacted them multiple times when I was unable to find the tools they advertised & mentioned in their testimonials. The testimonials had photos of users above Trust Pilot star ratings.

I tried using their "Contact Us" page, trying the icons for Twitter, Facebook & Instagram but they don't link to their social media pages.

There is a "Send us a message" page you supposedly write to them through (the "your email" section above the message box is apparently so they can reply to you...) while even providing a business email address to write them directly. The message presumably sends when clicking submit on the website & from my email directly but although I've been given a ticket I have had NO response for a month.

The site lists their address in a Los Angeles business building with a telephone number a Google search comes up with only their business.

Easy test and comprehensive report based on my test results. I appreciate the option to purchase the report and access for a week with minimal investment. I don't know if I will continue the monthly subscription The $2 investment to navigate the site for a week to learn more on how I can improve my current strength and grow in other opportunities is worth the money.

After I went through all the questions, I read the full report and what I found was that it was like I was looking into a reflection of myself in words. Yes, I paid for it but I really wanted to know what it could tell me. The pricing isn't bad at all. I do think it was worth the $2-$3 I paid for it. I've done other tests like this, such as True Colors and Myers & Briggs, and I feel this is up there with them in terms of quality and value.

This test provide a much deeper insight into who I am, what I can look for when it comes to my profession based on my personality and things to avoid.

Enneagram tests are fun and can provide a bit of insight. However, know that the Enneagram is based on motivation not behaviors. Tests can lean towards behaviors since motivations are hard to test. This particular test was accurate on my Enneagram number, so I'd recommend it. :)
