I have only ordered once from En Route, but I was highly satisfied with my items. all of the jewelry is amazing quality, and has not tarnished whatsoever. The carabiner earrings are perfect for everyday wear, and I love that there is no need for a separate backing. The delivery was insanely quick as well. I had ordered my stuff a month early in preparation for prom, but it had arrived within a week and days before the predicted time. I highly recommend this brand, and plan to order again soon.

Customer service was excellent and understanding when responding to my question about tracking over the Canada-Us border, they answered all my questions throughly and thoughtfully. The jewellery is exactly as advertised online and as beautiful as I wanted. It is great quality and the golds all match (which is lovely).

As a gold jewelry girl I've always had a hard time finding pieces that were cute and don't tarnish, and so ever since my first purchase here I've never bought jewelry anywhere else! I will never stop recommending en route. I swim in my jewelry, shower, work, and nothing has broken or tarnished them.

I've also never had need to contact customer service because all my packages have come fairly quickly and in good condition!
