I don’t get compliments on any of my jewelry as much as my en route necklaces and earrings. The jewelry is long-lasting and high quality. It also arrives on time!

Quality of pieces is good. I get so many compliments on my ring bracelet and necklace. Packaging is great and shipping isn’t too bad. I luv.

Don’t bother! They have rusted/ tarnished in 1 month. I wear my jewellery everyday and thought it would hold up but it has gone brassy. My bracelet has broken as well. I’m super disappointed as I spent quite a lot of money getting a few pieces and they have only lasted me a month. Do better en route!

Standing behind your products means taking responsibility for quality, honoring expectations, and making the return process simple,fair and acessible. Customers should never feel punished for a product that doesn't meet its claims or doesn't fit. Instead, returns should be quick, clearly explained and reasonably priced - ideally free or low cost so shoppers can buy with confidence. Requiring customers to pay high international shipping fees to return an item - especially when the company presents itself as being based in the US - undermines trust. When a return must be sent to another country at a higher cost than the item itself, it effectively traps the customer, leaving them stuck with somethingt that doesn't work for them. This kind of policy shifts the burden entirely on to the buyer and signals that the company is unwilling to stand behind it products. A fair return policy isn't just good customer service -it's good business. Companies that make returns easy show that they value long term relationships over short term profits. In contrast, complicated or costly return requirements discourage repeat business and damage credibility. Customers deserve transparency, honesty and support, especially when a purchase doesn't go as expected.

I am so in love with my stackable star earrings..not only are they the perfect weight and durable they are very cool .. I get lots of compliments on them .

Bought the chunky hoop earings!! The most gorgeous, perfect earrings ever and can elevate any outfit, even the most basic one! The experience was amazing, with the parcel arriving pretty quickly and were very well packaged. Even the packaging of the earrings was amazing, as you can use it to put the earrings or other jewelry when traveling!
