Don't be fooled by any initial enthusiasm
Environ when first called were quick to respond. Whilst I'm not experienced enough to be able to judge their treatment programmes I never felt truly comfortable or assured with the way the company performed. Post-treatment the company has been truly poor. Reports are hard to drag from them and are repetitive and fairly meaningless. As to recommendations they've shown no inclination to discuss. In fact even getting a response from the company is dire. My advice would be to go elsewhere if you have a problem.

I called Environ to deal with a sudden but major rat infestation in my family home. Response time for an initial survey and subsequent site report was impressive, and the customer service team friendly and sympathetic. They found where the rats were getting in, and gave knowledgeable advice as they went. Four rather than five stars because they initially missed and misdiagnosed the rats' quite visible (to an expert) entrance point, and because I was taken aback that, twice, quotes they'd made over the telephone turned out to be minus VAT, and thus misleading - which seems a shame in the context of their first-stage, three-visit service actually being fairly priced, even with VAT. However, they DID clear us of rats, in under two weeks, and both caught and rectified mistakes. I've definitely emerged with the impression that they genuinely care about their reputation. So, thank you Environ.

Really great service from the office and the technicians who visited, especially Jordan and John who surveyed our drains and did a thorough clear out as well as installing anti-rodent blocks and carrying out a couple of remote repairs.

Damp walls
I have had rising damp and other damp issues. The environ team firstly completed an overall survey and then more detailed surveys on the drains and a drone survey of the roof, gutters etc. They sent through very comprehensive reports of recommended works to fix the problem. Terry and his team were prompt, efficient and clear on the issues. One piece of work required has been completed to fix the pointing and environ sent round a good team to complete the task. So I can recommend the survey team. The damp course required can't be complete at this stage until other works from the next door property, so I will comment in due course.

Booked a 3 session rat treatment
Booked a 3 session rat treatment. Nice people. But we’re 5 weeks in, £800 down, no rats caught and more rats in our kitchen ceiling than when we started. Smell still hideous.

The two engineers that carried out the…
The two engineers that carried out the drainage work were very professional and kept me informed on what going on with the project on each of three days they attended, explaining every aspect of job in hand. They made sure that everything was properly operational on completion and put the garden back to what it was before the work started and removed any rubbish accumulated on site. I would recommend the company to my friends if they needed this type of maintenance to be carried out.

Do not accept the tanking solution without a guarantee
I have been trying to communicate with your company with emails back and forth, it has finally made me come to leaving a review. We contacted your company to solve a condensation and dampness issue in our cellar. Environ carried out a survey and quoted insistently for a very expensive tanking system that they said, was required to solve our problem. The tanking was supposed to be finished and the condensation is till there, and now they say, that the tanking was not for that effect. I enquired about an air brick that was never installed, and the engineer that carried out the work said it could not be used.
My intention is to warn other customers about the poor service Environ property services in dealing with my issue. Obtain other quotes and other information, because, I was pressed into accepting a proposal that has not solved the issue at hand in my home.
The customer service Faye and Emily have been very polite and the engineers on site were very professional and left my house very tidy after each day of work. I think you should train all your personnel, specially your surveyor in communication and customer service qualities, they do not have the intention to listen to the customer, they make a report and propose an expensive investment that would not solve the problem and just make us waste money. I am still waiting for a quote and guarantee to finally solve the issue we have in my home.

Danny and John was very helpful and explained what the problem was and did their best to unblock my rain drain they used the camera and it seems pipe work had collapsed Danny also checked sewer man hole and the camera showed a broken pipe all of which will be replaced by yourselfs I was very impressed by both these guys please pass on my thanks

Owning a flat in Fulham
Owning a flat in Fulham, I had been grappling with a persistent bay window leak issue that had proven to be quite the challenge. I had already tried the services of six different companies, but none had succeeded in pinpointing the source of the problem. Terry took an innovative approach by employing a drone for a comprehensive inspection. This unconventional method proved to be the turning point in our quest to resolve the issue, as it accurately identified the precise location of the problem that had eluded us for so long.
While the scaffolding costs turned out to be slightly higher than anticipated due to our location on a bustling main road, which necessitated special licenses, I was more than willing to proceed, considering the progress we were finally making. Environ Property Services acted promptly, and within just three days, with Reiss leading the way, they exposed the problematic area, sealed the balcony, and ensured that it is now completely dry.
I'm thrilled to report that the bay window no longer leaks, and the structural damage in both my flat and the one below has been effectively addressed. To top it off, they even sent in their decorating team to make everything look as good as new.
