I have used Environ Property Services…
I have used Environ Property Services Ltd twice now and both times have been excellent.
Ben and his team attended site and carried out investigation to locate a blocked and overflowing manhole. The drainage was rodded jetted and mechanically machined, which unable to clear the blockage.
Therefore, Ben and his team arranged for a tanker to remove the foul water from my property and carried out further investigations to locate the buried manholes, which was the cause of the problem, this was found by using cctv cameras to locate the manhole in question. Once this investigation was completed it was discovered that a pipe was dislodged in the manhole, once this issue was resolved and removed Ben tested all the internal services as well and left site very clean.
I am now very happy that the foul waste and smell has been removed.

ENVIRON project to rectify damp in my house.
ENVIRON completed a project to rectify a large area of damp in my house. The work took 3 days, and was carried out by Tony and Danny who were very pleasant, helpful and polite workers. The result looks fine, and I am happy with ENVIRON's work.

Don't trust them!
I am very unhappy with this organisation. They expected me to hire movers to clear my entire downstairs and put the furniture in storage for four months or more - and they didn't tell me. Now they are billing me for the entire job when they haven't completed by any means. I have no electricity, skirting boards or radiators, and they haven't installed the moisture excluder in the spec. I would never ever recommend them unless you're a millionaire and don't care at all how much it will cost you.

Worst drainage company
Worst drainage company. The boys that came in March to clear my blocked gulley arrived with two sticks and did not solve the problem as the gulley was blocks 24 hrs later. I paid £138 plus VAT and now they do not want to own up to the problem and want me pay half a callout charge for a specialist company they subcontracted the job to who are charging £300 plus VAT. After I protested they offered to pay the first hour but would leave me with a charge of £165 plus VAT more than the initial call out charge I paid for. After all they claim to be the drainage specialists. Don't use!

Completed a damp proof course, which has now failed.
During the project they cut through an electric wire which they then tried to charge us for to fix.
Environ then cancelled the survey (which they tried to charge us for) to check whether the course has failed (despite photo evidence) and have since ignore all our follow up communications.
Absolute cowboys.

Saved us a lot of money!
Asked for an assessment / quote for some damp in lower ground floor. This was a second quote as first one (from very large nationwide damp company) had quoted several thousand pounds for a complete 'strip of walls, and 'tanking'. Environ's assessment was no need for tanking - could sort the issue out with some ceiling air-vents - at a cost of less than £100. Really good advice, and saved us a lot of money.

Scammed
Scammed. Initially told that they will solve my rat problem, they come round and set some traps and tell me I have rats which I already knew and send me a repot which was over £300. Then say I need CCTV in the drains to confirm I have rats in the drains, then put in a system to block the rats in the drains which costs over £500. This is not clearly explained at the start of the process, they sell it as the first service will solve the problem, complete waste of money and time. Do not use as services elsewhere are cheaper and better.
