Warning! Epay is a scam. My better half transferred her earnings from Poppo Live to epay to transfer on to her bank. The funds went to epay and she was unable to transfer, being asked to prove her ID again, she had already proved ID with the scam epay. Epay did not answer queries, no reply. Then her next log in and the funds were gone, 0 balance. Imagine how she felt after all her work on Poppo Live. Do not use epay, it is a scam

FAKE AND SCAMMING SHOULD BE BANNED

Worse customer Service Ever.Do not have any knowledge. Call them many times but not solve problem.I don't know how it works.

I'm working abroad and I use Epay to remit money to my family. I've been using Epay for almost two years and I'm glad that they have more and more currencies options, which can be very helpful for people working aborad just like me. The process is easy and the service fee is reasonable. Plus, their service is excellent. The manager responsible for my account is extremely helpful. Keep it up, Epay! Don't let me down!

I believe that their products have been adjusted and improved. I submitted the documents on 6th, and the certification was passed on the 7th. I am remitting money back to Hong Kong from the United States. Objectively speaking, this is a good app at this stage. The fee is cheap and the remittance arrives quickly.

I have been trying to access my account. The security question was where do I work and what's my telephone number. I answered both questions and was informed I was incorrect. I think I know my number and place of work. Laughable

Attitude towards customers is bad, for 3 weeks they asked for documents, then a photo and then they sent a refusal

Mainly used for scams. Not trustworthy.

A week passed with the certificates. But it's not over yet
I sent him all the certificates they asked for.
It was approved. But it's not actually ready.
Minimum payout is $1000 until verifications are completed.
But they are ready.
So why is this?
When making a transfer, they theoretically send an email containing the approval code.
I didn't even get it at first. The liver came the next day, but by the time it got here it had expired.
What kind of administration is this?
I'm even lucky that I sent a small amount at first. I don't think they will return it.
