What we are experiencing with epayservice is very similar with what we are reading here.
For that we are somewhat relieved that we are not being singled out but that this is a massive issue by the looks of it..
We are customers for years now, A few years ago, in march '21 all cards were deactivated due to "solutions being implemented" and this should have be ready in september of that year. It took them over a year to complete that "implementation" and offer new cards. we did order a card, which was shipped only after re-verification. Everything checked out and we received it early February 2023, only to be locked out again starting 24th of february and on.. Support is like a stuck tape recorder repeating the same message again and again, no matter what we write back..
Look, if you want to cut ties with the adult-industry/porn/sexworkers and whatsoever, give your clients their money back and just say it, instead of flagging adult related business as "high risk". the flag is raised by an algoritm, which is programmed to raise a red flag and report to a human to investigate. That algoritm is programmed like that with a reason that YOU are failing to tell your customers: "we want out of porn, but we want to keep your money and that is why you are flagged as high risk". Dont lie, and tell your support crew to actually support people instead of sending the same b*llsh*t message over and over again.

I spent nearly 2 hours answering every question on their form which was INSANE as far as what they want. Then, after several (VERY SLOW) RESPONSE emails, the agent simple says, "OH, we don't service sending money to your country." In the beginning of the form, their scroll down menu showed my country, and I (CLEARLY) stated my business. So ridiculous, and DEFINITELY a company to STAY CLEAR AWAY FROM!!!!! IDIOT COMPANY FOR SURE!!!!!

This is beyond.. in my whole life i have never had to deal with a cheapest and useless customer service. They work Mon-Fri for a few hours, the chat is basically useless because whatever you ask they say it's not an issue that the chat agent can resolve, so they invite you to send a ticket and wait days for an answer. After providing all the proof that i could provide, i still have my money blocked after a failed transaction. The phone number, as per a chat agent, doesn't even work so it's useless just like the chat. And if you send too many requests they lock your account for an hour so they don't have to deal with you. Let's not even talk about the conversion from usd to euro, for 156$ i received 136€ instead of 145€ as it was shown in google search and other currency exchange providers.
This is beyond thieves and scammers. I still have my money blocked and no one even cares of forwarding my request to the relevant department, they just say: as the other bank already said, wait up to 5 business days to have your money back.

I haven’t been able to withdraw my money because of "technical maintenance". My money has been stuck there for one month (~1500 USD)...
EDIT: finally I could withdraw my money. I had to justify my identity and activity with some document and create an IBAN. That was not clear from the website but the support was reactive.
2nd EDIT: they starting to retain my money again... It's been several months that a verification process is pending. I asked them to withdraw my money and close my account and they refused.
My advice: don't use ePayService. I've moved to Paxum and their service is way better.

Have a large amount of money stuck in my account for over a month haven’t been able to withdrawal all of them just canceled today and now there’s “technical maintenance” for 99% of their withdrawal methods. Will I ever see my money? I don’t know constant cancels, delays and them removing options from my account. Please reply if you’re experiencing same issue to know if this is whole website issue or if they just give maintenance to individual accounts.
I would rate it lower than 1 if it was possible. My assessment of their work is 0. It all started from the moment when they canceled the cards, they promised that the card would come in a month, then half a year, a year ... well, it still doesn’t exist. They ask for a bunch of unnecessary data. I really hope that the police will check this office in the near future. Then I had to change the withdrawal methods through them because of this. The commission was cosmic. And now here is the constant technical work and it is simply impossible to withdraw money. All methods have been tried. They sent the money three weeks ago and are constantly postponing the timing of their receipt. These are scammers!
Epayservice continues to be the most unreliable partner for your business or your activity. I have been a customer with them for years, and the way they treat me will never cease to amaze me. I'm always being treated as if they are doing me a favour by having me as a customer. Their support is slow and every message they send contains no information. When a payment is cancelled, they never give information but just say it was automatic. I have been doing the same transfer to the same account for a year now, and suddenly. It does not work, no information is given, no reason is given. I'm still fighting to get an answer, as I have money with them and not sure what will happen to it if they do not transfer it to my account. Support always ignores my questions. I have many tickets open that they don't even ready, so never mind getting an answer. In my opinion, they act in an illegal way and should get checked by financial institutions so they stop waisting the time of their customers.

This is a scam. I made transactions when other people complained about maintenance. So maintenance is only for your account- it doesn’t make any sense. What make sense is that the maintenance starts right after you send them a big amount of money. DONT TRUST THEM EVEN IF IT WORKED FOR YOU BEFORE. They are just building your trust so they could scam you for a bigger amount of money.
They are the worst abusers, on October 6 and 7 I made two remittances because they had the cash payment option available. I only received one of the remittances, it took me two days to respond that they deactivated again and that they will give me a refund if I want. Abusers
DON'T ever use this fraud system! They will keep your money just for no reason. Oh sorry, the reason is “technical maintenance works”. How much longer it will take??? You are a joke, guys.
