Where's the 25% discount for seniors…

Where's the 25% discount for seniors and military. That website link doesn't seem to work. There is no option to sigh up for senior and military discounts. I'm surprised that the epic water filters company is not aware of that and is not making an attempt to rectify this issue.
I sent several email to the company and all I get is an AI reply. How about a reply from a human.

Do not purchase this product for UK…

Do not purchase this product for UK use. They’re not set up to operate here.

The product itself is good, however, filters go out of stock and customer service is not helpful with information in restocks and delivery timeframes. Their responses to questions are vague, they’ve sent me to the wrong websites twice to try and order, and given extremely confusing answers to questions only to provide a completely different answer when I ask for clarification. For instance, they told me I just needed to switch to a new refillable filter, but I can’t order that product to a uk address, and it took multiple back and forth emails where I was being told to clear cookies and cache only to eventually be told that the original filters are out of stock and I just have to wait. I’m guessing the new filters are not available for uk, but this wasn’t explained. How do you not know which countries your product is available to be sent to? Or, emails just go unanswered. It’s so bad I actually wonder if it’s a real person responding or AI. I’m sticking with it for now as a filter has just been dispatched to me but imagine we’ll have to buy a new system in the near future because this is a huge time wasting exercise.

Not operating in the UK, unable to restock.

Pretty appalling customer service, does not operate in the UK. Waiting for replacement pitchers for almost a year, constant promises that "coming soon" amount to nothing. Assume that business is about to become bankrupt. Avoid and go somewhere reliable.

I got a defective replacement filter

I got a defective replacement filter, it's like it shrunk and rattles and can't filter water. I let them know and they sent me...another defective filter. Ugh. I'm looking into which kind to change to.

What a piece of junk this pitcher is

What a piece of junk this pitcher is. It has little crevices in lid that are extremely hard to clean. Some
areas I had to clean with a toothpick. Problem is that black gunk gets into these crevices:you have to look for it but unless you do and clean it out it stays there.
I thoroughly cleaned the pitcher this morning but COULD NOT GET THE LID BACK on no matter how hard I tried. My husband, the most patient man in the world, also tried. After 30 minutes I threw the whole thing in the trash. Even if we had been able to get it on, I would never have wanted to wrestle with it again.
This was also not the style of pitcher I requested: bamboo handle. I see that is the only style on the website now. I should have complained then but I let it go. I’m extremely sorry we ever bought this, no matter how well it filters the water. PIECE OF JUNK. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

Brilliant Product but Forget Trying to get it the UK

I've been using these filters for a number of years now and they are fantastic. A single filter lasts 6 months with UK tap water. Replacement filters used to be readily available direct from Epic's UK website except now if you try and order to a UK address, you just get told they can't ship there. Their customer service is useless - I got replies varying from "it could be because the filters are not in stock" to "sign up for our affiliate program" which does not make them available either. A simple question of "can I or can I not order a replacement filter from you to the UK" goes unanswered.
If US demand is so high that they don't need to worry about the rest of the world, fine, but make it clear. Don't just leave them showing as 'in stock and ready to ship' to us UK customers when they aren't.

Terrible service

Terrible service. They cant keep product in stock. When they claim to have product in stock, they will take your money, charge way more than they should for shipping, and then continue to say "your order is packed and should ship soon", which I have been told for over 2 weeks. This is the only forum I found to leave a review, so Im sure they have a lot of unhappy clients like me. This would be my 3rd purchase (pitcher, replacement filters, and now dispenser) from this company. Had I known their service was going to be so bad, I never would have made a purchase from them.

Scam

What’s the point in selling a filter bottle but no replacement filters? They have been out of stock on both the UK and US website for at least 6 months. I also went to the US and checked in stores but they’re not sold anywhere. This is a massive scam. Also my bottle randomly leaks when it is seemingly sealed as tight as it gets.

You can’t get replacement filters

The water bottle is amazing, keeps water cold all day even when it’s in a hot vehicle by a window. Only thing that lets them down is the supply of filters for these. UK don’t have stock and won’t say when they will. USA has stock but won’t deliver to the UK

Have used Epic jugs and bottles for…

Have used Epic jugs and bottles for years but it’s now becoming increasingly difficult to upkeep these products when living in the UK. Replacement filters don’t always arrive on time (I buy them on subscription) and spare parts are non existent (although readily available in the States it seems). I’m seriously considering moving to a UK supplier for my water filtration needs.

As follow-up to my previous review by RICO

As follow-up to my previous review: This was a purchase from Amazon. I returned what I considered the incorrect filters for replacements to match what originally came with my NANO pitcher purchase (black, triangular shaped, NANO). The new replacement ones that I ordered arrived and were still round and grey in color. I finally received a reply to my e-mails to EPIC and was told that they revamped the look of the NANO filters to now being round and grey and would let the next higher-level authority know about the Amazon issue. It would have saved EPIC shipping charges and some aggravation to me (or other) customers had EPIC notified on their website about the change and had Amazon removed the faulty information about this item. Amazon still has the wrong photo and information for the 3-pack EPIC NANO filter. It still (today) depicts a black triangular one, and states that it is battery operated.
I am now using the round grey EPIC NANO filters that came the second time and have to assume they do what they are supposed to. I may bite the bullet and send a sample to be tested to my home county to verify.

Well water 3x's more contaminated with PFOA & PFOS

Finding out that my well water was three times the legal /allowable standard of PFOA & PFOS, I promptly ordered the Epic Water Nano Gallon Filtration system. I am extremely happy that I made the decision to purchase this product. After 24 years of drinking water from my well (1 gallon/day) I was horrified to see the levels of the forever chemicals I had been consuming. DHEC performed the tests and provided me with a One Drop Pitcher. This however didn't provide the elimination of these forever chemicals. I am so happy to be drinking water knowing these chemicals are reduced by 98.9%. So glad I made this decision.

Bad Customer Service

Like others, my filters lasted just 3 and 5 days. I have had several emails from them but they will not replace them because I purchased them online through Amazon and not through their storefront. I live in a relatively remote part of NSW Australia so have to do most of my purchasing on line. They do not care and will not replace them. Thinking of going to a different brand.

Fed up and annoyed

I received the filter within the 9 days. I’m still waiting for the jug and filter well over a month now.
I sent several emails. Eventually one came back saying they must have over sold. No real apology. I’m also concerned bearing this in mind they’re still advertising the things on Facebook.
An email came through over a week ago saying it’s now on its way. Fingers crossed.
It’s the worst service ever.

Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service. Have now used for 3 years and anytime I’ve had an issue they have resolved.

Stock does seem to move quick these days but I assume that’s down to more people being savvy with their water.

Will continue to use going forward.

Bad customer service

Bad customer service, no filter for weeks and condescending replies to emails about waiting for a further 5 business days, bad website that doesn't let you manage your own subscription, overpriced product compared to zerowater. Been a customer for a few years but I am done and it seems like this company wont be around much longer.
