Great to see Ollie again

Great to see Ollie again for the wired connection from router to ev charger. The job was completed exactly as expected despite the surprise of a defect on the cable. Good communication from Owen to advance the appointment forward with plenty of notice.

Stellar job by Ryan from Smart Home Charge

Swift turnaround from Smart Home Charge. Called them out for a warranty repair Monday, job was done by Wednesday. Want to give a massive thank you to their engineer Ryan! Service was top notch. The guy is super knowledgeable, personable and he really went above and beyond to make the repair happen same day despite only being called out to diagnose the issue for repair at a later date. Again, really big thank you Ryan!

Faulty Tesla Powerwall3 still not fixed.

Smart Home Charge installed a Tesla Powerwall3 EV charger which developed an intermittent fault. Their initial response to my report of this problem was to advise me I would have to resolve thr issue directly with Tesla. This proved impossible and after a couple of reminders to Smart Home Charge that they were responsible for repairing or replacing my charger they sent an electrician to look at it. He has now been 3 times and we are no further forward. He is very pleasant but appears to have little experience with Tesla Powerwall3 chargers.

Quick and professional approach to installation and follow-up

I suppose the real test of a company's approach is when things go wrong, and on that basis I'd give them 5 stars. My original installation of an EV charger was fine, but within 48 hours the charger malfunctioned and needed replacement. The customer service team liaised quickly with the manufacturers and sent me out a replacement, which was installed within a few working days. They kept me up to date with developments so I was never in the dark. It was the same electrician on both occasions, and he was very helpful in talking me through the installation and setting up the charger app. I can't fault them and would happily recommend to others.

Hard working engineer

Was set up & ready to replace the Chargeberry within a few minutes of arrival. Checked the Trip box as well & made sure it was watertight. Ensured all working correctly before departure.
