Original RFID card was missing when…
Original RFID card was missing when charger was installed, so a new one was delivered to me Friday.
Luckily there was a cancellation today so Ollie was able to return and finish the installation.
He set everything up on the app on my phone and explained everything in a language a 70 year could understand. He also did a fabulous job overall.
Very happy with the finished product.

The engineer was rude and had loads of attitude.
He arrived 1,30 hours early and was in the way on me doing my morning routine and run. Very pushy when I told him I’m busy and when challenged he started giving me attitude.

Booking process was easy. And worked around times I was available. Sam came to replace the back plate on our Easee One home charger. Came within time period allocated and did the job in a timely manner. Back up to regular charging speeds so very happy now.

Water tank - flood
Today an electrician attended my property and they were very professional. He was kind and sympathetic to the situation I was in - just what I needed in a time of crisis. He worked hard to identify and record all the problem areas throughout my property and he kept explaining what needed to be done, and why, along with what the next steps would be. Unfortunately he wasn't able to carry out the work he was originally booked to do, however other work needs to be carried out first then it will be revisited. So fingers crossed all will work out in the future.
