Outstanding and great communication
Electrical Work Following A Flood
The Electrician Gareth arrived promptly. He was very efficient and easy to talk to. We felt very reassured and confident that our electrics are now safe after the work he carried out. Would highly recommend Kind Regards Jillian
Excellent service
Steve came round at 7:30am on the dot to check what was thought to be an
electrical damage in my cooker extractor fan and hood light due to a water leak that went through the kitchen ceiling. Steve thought this too as soon as he saw the ceiling was taken out, it was only when he was looking for the plug & socket which I was unaware of, he found above the cupboard on top of the cooker hood. He plugged it in and hey presto, my fan and hood light was fully working. He checked my fuse box too and that was it job done.
Lovely chap, friendly and gave sound advice...very professional, we don't always come across Electricians who are legit, as Steve is contracted out by EPR the reassurance of him being a registered Electrician was a peace of mind.
