2nd time lucky

After a lengthy conversation, the first call dropped out before anything was finalised, which was very frustrating. The 2nd call, though, was very efficient, and the operator ( Bhumika Sadananda)
explained the process and even took my number to call me back, in case we disconnected again. Thanks for arranging shares and transfer and explaining Bed & ISA process.

EQI take no responsibility for their errors. Liam was very unhelpful and intentionally added to the frustration I was already suffering from.

Dreadful company. Don't bother. Much better customer service eleswhere.

Money for my ISA

Having never put money into my isa myself I was worried that I could make a mistake. Previously my employer did everything for me. However after a couple of phone calls a week apart everything is now sorted out. The process was easier than I expected thanks to the help from the equiniti isa team. Thanks very much

Shocking process to transfer in from…

Shocking process to transfer in from another broker. The other broker has been chasing them for weeks to respond and not a single word from EQi. The deadline for the transfer is imminent and will cost me £££ if not completed before. Despite me clarifying the process in advance to avoid this very situation it now transpires - only though my own chasing that they require additional forms - would have been helpful had that been clear in the first place or at the very least they advised me there was a hold up at their end pending more from me instead of just ignoring the other broker!!!

Excellent service from Bhumika…

Excellent service from Bhumika Sadananda, but very complicated in getting my works shares into a S/S ISA. But this lady really helped me and step up and provide Excellent customer service.

Excellent Customer Service.

Mark Caffery was very friendly and helpful, he put me at ease and when he couldn't directly answer my question he contacted the relevant department and agreed a call back. He was true to his word and called back when he had the info available not only this he had additional suggestions which were of great help and pre-empted any additional query. He is a great example of how to treat your customers. Thank you

EQi's web chat SAYE and ISAs

I used EQi's web chat service today. I find the world of shares and ISAs etc daunting; so being able to 'chat' about the subjects allows me to express my thoughts clearly to get the appropriate answers. I can then download a transcript for future reference. It also gets around problems with accents and hearing issues. Peter at EQi guided me through the issues I raised with him. He was clear and patient; no question I posed was 'too simple'! I would have no qualms contacting EQi again through this medium and on the basis of my experience today I can highly recommend.
