Calm and Knowledgeable Complain Handler

The agent resolving my complaint was very knowledgeable and able to resolve my issue swiftly however the most endearing part was their ability to remain calm which decreased my frustration and afforded a complete resolution to my issue.

Sell your shares in less than 10 minutes

Peter was very knowledgeable on the sale of shares procedure, with everything being clearly said so that I did not have to keep asking him to repeat himself. The whole matter took less than 10 minutes to complete, and I was very happy with the outcome.

My interaction with Keith Caffery has been exceptional when dealing with the very upsetting and emotional process of dealing with my late Dads share holding.

I don't typically do reviews, but felt I had to recognise mark caffrey for his great customer service, knowledge and friendly attitude, whilst also being professional. Got answers to all my questions (and there were a lot). If all the staff are like that, then we'll done Equi.

Liam Craig was the Customer Experience…

Liam Craig was the Customer Experience Representative who helped me with my call. I hadn't used my account in a long time and I was locked out. Liam helped me regain access to my account. He was very professional in handling my issue and in a calm, polite, and helpful manner. He patiently waited until I was able to login to my account and was satisfied that my issue was indeed resolved. Way to go Liam!
