I ordered a dog coat with a zip as my daughters dog has arthritis. It was very easy to order, the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. Delivery was amazing. I ordered the coat on Tuesday morning and it arrived the following day! The coat is good quality and well made. I would not hesitate to use this company again and can highly recommend it. Thank you

Excellent service, I emailed an enquiry as I wasn't sure which size dog coat to order for my two dogs. I received an answer the same day, placed my order and received my coats exceedingly promptly - and the size recommended was spot on, they fit perfectly. The coats feel well made and should keep my boys toasty warm! Many thanks to Sammi for the swift responses!

Equafleece are so deserving of a 5 star review. I wanted a dog suit for my Yorkie as wanted his legs covered in the outdoor cold weather walks. I tried at first with other suits on other sites but returned as sizing way off/material not good, etc. I then looked into Equafleece & liked what I read about the materials & the measuring they took to get the best fit. I followed the straight forward measuring video they provide & telephoned for extra advice. I have to mention customer service! They are 5 star, they're so patient, helpful & welcoming. (Good ole fashioned customer service) They suggested 2 sizes based on measurements I gave so chose the one to begin with. Delivery was lightning fast! Next day! I was welcomed to email photos of my Yorkie wearing it so they advise on the fit. The 1st one we both agreed was slightly long in length & so easily returned to them with their return address sticker & exchanged for the other size. Again super fast delivery, the day after my return arrived, the replacement arrived. It's perfect! The fit is spot on, was so easy to get on my dog (my dog BTW is not keen on clothes, but was absolutely fine with this suit). The material is so soft & a good thickness without being heavy. I chose Denim Blue which looks gorgeous. The colour looks deeper in indoor lighting & daylight a little lighter, it's just what I wanted. Am so chuffed with the whole Equafleece experience & even more chuffed my dog likes it too.

We had a lovely experience with Equafleece, from getting the right sizing (our dog didn't fit in the standard selection and their customer support was very helpful and instructive), we ended up buying two coats by accident and needed to return one. Their return service was very clear, simple and fuss free.
Most importantly our coat is perfect, the material and making is of high quality and it's lovely and warm on our old boy.
Lastly, their customer service is second to none, they arranged and sorted out a personal issue for us and it is impressive how customer focussed they are.
To Sammy and Abi (?) and the rest of the team thank you for sending back my lost property!

From the first reply I received from Sammi I knew instantly by their detailed response that they had great knowledge and would be able to assist me.
I was planning a trip to the highlands with my partner and our Boston terrier, where I planned to propose but I was worried about keeping our dog dry and warm in unpredictable weather. My friend had recommended I look at the fleeces as they climbed a mountain a few years ago and their dog stayed dry the whole time.. having worked for a pet retailer before I knew equafleece did a variety of sizes, but now it was my turn to pick and I had no clue.

I sent my measurements off and received a quick response with a size. I ordered it in the morning and it came the next day which was ideal.

The fleece comes with photos to guide you on a perfect fit which I thought was a nice touch… having said that I felt I needed a little more help. I sent some photos to Sammi who came back quickly and recommended the same size but in curvy. Before sending this one back I made another purchase, this time I ordered TWO as the colours are rich and I could tell they were great quality. They also arrived the following day with no issues!

Enzo loves his new jumpers and they were perfect for the cold Scottish weather. I received several comments every day from strangers walking past who thought they looked great and complimented the colours. To top it off my partner said yes ☺️

Emailed regarding size information and got a quick response to advise. Ordering was very easy. Both items delivered very quickly and they both fit fab. Our dogs can run comfortably and are kept nice and toasty. Highly recommend.

Great advice on sizing. Customer service helpful, pleasant and friendly. Coats are warm, water and mud proof. Made of good quality fabric.
Slight mix up was quickly and easily rectified.
I bought a fleece suit for my dog. I'm amazed at how well it works. He loves nothing more than jumping into muddy puddles and ditches. Before his Equafleece suit it'd take ages to clean him off and I was having to clean the car every week. Now, thanks to these brilliant suits all I have to do is wipe over his paws, take off his suit and he's all clean and dry underneath no matter how wet and muddy the outside of the suit is.
How I managed without it for the last 2.5 years I don't know.
They wash really well and dry very quickly. Come summer I plan to buy him the summer suit.

Just ordered three more dog suits. We've had these for our girls for years now. They are absolutely perfect and the company is in the top 1% of all we deal with in general terms.
It's impossible to pour too much praise for the quality of service and the blistering speed with which they dispatch and provide you with your order.
It's so refreshing in an age of absolute service mediocrity to meet a company that understands what quality means across the board.
For as long as we have dogs and they need coats, Equafleece will be the only game in town for us. Absolutely top drawer.

Wow!!!! Service was above and beyond! Highly recommend. So helpful. So quick to reply to help get the right size for my awkward sized dog as we have a cross breed it’s so hard to get anything to fit suitable for our fur baby! Fleece is really good quality and delivery was super quick too! Cannot recommend enough, will be buying more now we have the perfect fit from the perfect company.

I have been buying Equafleece dog suits for 12 years . They are the best dog suits for keeping my dogs clean and dry wherever they cover. They’re great for my 12 year old Poppy who has gained a bit of weight post op and has arthritis. They also offer zips for elderly dogs but after ordering a larger size she quite happily lets me put her new one on without any problems. My new puppy wears the last one that I bought for my dog who died and looks fab in his new one that arrived today. I needed second suits for them due to rubbish weather and 2 walks each day …and they’re both mud magnets like most Cockapoos. Love these suits…had about 16 over last 12 years …they do what it says on the tin. Definitely recommend. 5⭐️ 🐕‍🦺🦮

I met someone walking their dog with a dog suit on by Equafleece so I went online after measuring my dog . He dint fit the size so I sent measurements over . They e mailed me back so quickly and wanted a picture I sent that . They then gave me his size 24 Curvy which I thought was hilarious .. they were so very helpful , delivery was so quick here next day ! And free ! Quality and fit are so good I am over the moon . I ve just recommended to two friends !

I was struggling with sizing on a Sunday. I emailed for help and received an email the same day with super helpful advice and guidance. I ordered a suit for my yorkiepoo, and it arrived today - 2 days later. It is perfect! Excellent fit and quality, I've ordered another :)

I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Equafleece. I'm knew to the small dog world so I contacted equafleece for support in sizing my Cockapoo for a dog suit. As she's only a pup we added a cm here and there and using the information I gave we were suggested a size. I ordered it. My pup wore it a few times but in the wet weather her back legs started to come out of the fleece. I contacted Equafleece to see if they had any advice for what I could do. Astonishingly, they contacted me to say that I could return the one my dog had worn and minus a small cleaning charge, they would replace it with a new one. What an amazing company and a company who are clearly confident in their product. I'd always deal again and will most certainly share my experience with fellow dog walkers. Outstanding

I’ve just received my first purchase of a dacksie jumper for my 7 month old mini dachshund puppy Miss Darcee. It fits beautifully and is so well made. We took her into Winchester and lost count of the number of people who stopped to admire and enquire where we purchased the jumper/coat. Will definitely buy again.

i have brought years ago a fleece for my old dogs and loved the quality so brought for my boy to keep warm now weathers getting colder, customer service very helpful and both very happy.

Was recommended from a friend well worth the money. I purchased the full body suit , the customer service was brilliant advised me on size I needed and answered all questions I had . A little tricky to put on at first once it was on my spaniel loved his suit excellent quality keeps him warm and dry through the winter months

I'd purchased a dog coat for my lunatic sprocker.

Admittedly it was a bit fiddly trying to measure my wriggly girl who kept trying to run off with the tape measure!

However, I did it, and the coat arrived. Fit perfectly, and works a treat!

Today, I decided that she needs a dog suit, to keep the lower half dry. As she gets extremely wet and muddy.

I looked on the site, saw one, but was a bit confused as to what option I should get. I.e slim/standard.

I sent an email to equafleece earlier, and within no time, I had a response back from a very helpful and informative Sophie.

Many thanks for your previous coat, (it's absolutely filthy now! But no point in washing it!) And thank you for your excellent, prompt customer service.

Would highly recommend.

*Update, they get even better. On their site, it says orders by 12pm would be dispatched the same day. I'm in no hurry for my order. I placed the order at 2pm, and have just had an email from Royal Mail, saying it's being delivered tomorrow!

I originally purchased three, 4 legged fleeces 3yrs ago. Time for a bit of a refresh. So recently ordered two more and was amazed to realise the price had not increased and 1st class (48hr) Royal mail was included. Delivered just in time for the wet dog walks.
