Thabiso was the Equals card advisor and guided me perfectly through the card activation process as I was not familiar with Equals as a new member. He was patient, courteous and knowledgeable.

Since the transition to the new system I have had a number of minor queries, some via telephone, some by email and I have always found the customer service teams to be very helpful. Even when my recent query needed to be escalated to another team, I was kept fully informed along the way and my query was resolved quickly. Thanks Nokulunga.

I recently needed to update the phone number on my Equals account, and I was fortunate to be assisted by Thabiso Molefe. The service I received was absolutely outstanding from start to finish.
