Very helpful step-by-step guided card activation, I had an issue with my old phone number and it was solved brilliantly.

Firstly, I only waited around a minute for an agent to answer which is already a huge plus. Then I had a problem setting up my account and Thabiso Molefe was super helpful and patient, helping me set up my Equals Money account and card.

It was simpler to do than I imagined whilst still going through all the appropriate security checks. He was courteous, polite and stayed on the call until I was able to login into my account.

Most of the time my exchange amount have reach to my supplier within few hours.all i have to do is just inform Thannim to send money to xyz and he will do it for me.They are best in the business.

Had an issue using the online service and the staff were friendly and efficient when resolving the issue and also rectified the situation for future transactions.

I had problems (well, it wasn't me, it was the Equals system which wouldn't send me a code) with accessing online details for my replacement card. After dropping an email to Ethan, he came back promptly, explained he'd tweaked the system, and I was able to do what I wanted. Very good service.
