Top quality item and easy process to order and get the right size. Thought I'd need to wait to review it in the autumn/winter, but no! The recent summer rain was a great trial, I stayed dry and the added bonus that I didn't overheat even though it was relatively warm as it seems very breathable!

I ordered an XS and an XXS arrived
I ordered an XS and an XXS arrived. I live in Australia, so the return time + time to have a replacement sent = 20 days. I was so looking forward to finally being warm and dry (I work outdoors with horses most days) and was so disappointed to receive the wrong size. The person I corresponded with was very apologetic and offered to pay my postage costs to return the coat (as well as a refund), but now I’m $600 down (until they process the return) and still waiting for a new coat to arrive. I’m sure the coat will be great, when I can finally use it! I would have appreciated a discount on the replacement coat to compensate for sending the wrong coat in the first place, but it wasn’t offered.

My amazing coat of one colour
My amazing coat of one colour, PINK arrived super quickly and came in its own drawstring bag. I stroke the bag every time I go past it as of course it is far too hot and dry to wear it now. I LOVE LOVE LOVE my coat, I went for the XS as suggested in the size guide and it fits just right. I went for the lite as I do get very warm moving about poo picking etc so I can put a body warmer underneath if too cold. It is a lot of money, I am hoping it will be money well invested to stay dry and warm when the English weather turns nasty.
