Erg are a rip off, do not work for this company!! Been chasing invoices for months.

I Called this company reference a suspected pest Infestation, after paying almost £300, all I got was a 10 min visit and some rat poison, tenants were told, we'll be back in 10 day, after 6 and engineer arrived and collected the remai ing poison, and that what £300 worrh of services.

After calling into the office and explaining the issue is still there, I was told you have to pay again for a second treatment, complete and utter con.

Came the next day, & treated the big nest of wasps

Killing of wasps nest. Company phoned me up about 30 mins before coming round to take care of the Wasps in my loft. Very happy with the service. Friendly staff on the phone. SEVEN DAYS A WEEK. I called them late on a Saturday and they came out on Monday for me. How GREAT is that in this day and age where nobody wants to work any day let alosne on a weekend!

I was so pleased with the cost and also the service supplied by the qualified electrician you sent to help me and he was so helpful, polite alongside his professionalism.

Despite promises still not paid. Passed to debt collectors who were promised payment by ERG. More lies.

Do not work for this company, you do not get paid!
The accounts department do not answer email. I have managed on two occasions to get them to answer the phone and on both occasions they’ve lied and told me that my account would be marked as urgent. Because I’m hassling them they now no longer give me work. Looks like I’ll have to start legal proceedings.

This was very quick and efficient. There is little to criticise.
Explanation was given as to what to expect and it was rapidly sorted - excellent

Two lovely polite young lads arrived next morning and the young electrician quickly found and fixed the fault

Absolutely do not use this service. They advertise as no callout fees but this is 100% not true. They misunderstood the reason for us needing an electrician over the phone and then when an electrician arrived and realised the issue was different they charged a huge callout fee. Avoid!

UPDATE: The company is insisting the charge of £198 stands, despite it taking out adverts that clearly state "no call out fees."
