They look great, have the gift of the mounth and my only advice...DON'T, STAY AWAY, YOU BE VERY VERY SORRY AND OUT OF POCKET. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

The electrician was very helpful and I felt he went through the job very efficiently and explained everything he needed to do clearly, he checked everything out and made sure that the house was safe I felt that he went above what was required

Owen Simms and his mate... Came out to an electrical fault at my mother's bungalow, couldn't find the fault. Fitted a new fuse box and said he would sort out the fault for the £700 quoted then said it he would need to chisel out above every socket to find the fault and this would cost a further £2800. I got another electrician out who found the fault in an hour, which was a fault on my microwave in the kitchen, which cost under £100. I have rang many times to get Owen back to give me my test certificate (a legal requirement of fitting a new box) He doesn't answer my calls or text messages. My next step is to contact the organisation he is in ie napit etc.

Lovely plumber turned up as stated. I was rung 5 mins before arrival. A little on the expensive side but I was very satisfied with the knowledge and professionalism of the engineer. I will definitely use again.

Do not use ERG pest control under any circumstances.
There London based, scammers, overpriced and sub-contract all the work out to local companies.
I know through experience as we have done some work for them. They charge £170 for a wasp nest treatment and then the contractor has to invoice them for a third.

We did 23 wasps jobs for them in June and still haven't been paid the £1380 owed, even though they have a 30 day terms of payment method.

4 months later and countless calls and unanswered emails I have had to take court proceeding out to recover our losses. This appears to be the same with many other contractors nationwide.

I have also attended several properties that ERG has sent a cowboy and the work carried out didn't resolve the issue. The customer was told it would be a further £170 to send someone back. Pretty disgraceful!

I strongly advise to avoid this company who say they are local when they are not. I have run my business for 20 years, I am totally shocked how they can legally get away with it

I have put this review on because legally I can. It's not to discredit them it's to warn the public to be aware.
Look at the countless one star reviews they have, bad customer service and many unpaid sub-contractors. The 5 star reviews are fake and purchased. It speaks for itself...

A quick response to blockage in bathroom sink and bath

Very prompt service to both a wasp and mouse problem.

I'm an engineer and was contacted by ERG to fix a leak for one of their customers.

Leak fixed, invoice sent to ERG (payment terms agreed at 30 days). 87 days later and I'm still waiting for payment. Numerous emails sent to ERG accounts department who say 'we'll look into it' and then nothing.

Customers - you will be over charged if you use this company. Go direct to a local tradesman in your area (use chckatrade for example).

Tradesman/Contractors - do not do work for this company. They will not pay you.

ERG trades as 'ERG Facilities' and 'ERG Facilities LTD'.

The plumber was prompt, polite, and fixed the problem effectively, but the half an hour job cost me a third of a months pension.

From the person that took my call (about a leak under my sink), to the plumbers that came out to locate the source of the problem, ERG service and communication has been excellent. The plumbers were clean careful workers, diagnosed the problem quickly and explained what further work would be needed to rectify the problem. Very impressed with ERG and their team. Thank you.

If zero stars could be given it would be im an engineer who use to carry out electrical work for them. I no longer do as they have not paid my invoices for work that i did for them im owed over £4000 to this day with no light at the end of the tunnel I have chased and chased you dozens of emails and phone calls but nothing your quick to take money from the client at an ridiculous rates but dont pay the ones you do the work SO ANY CONTRACTOS AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Prompt emergency response . Reception team were very helpful and kept me informed.
The Gas Engineer was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and provided a thorough service and excellent care and advice .

Not that this reflects on the plumber. He did the bed he could and couldn’t get it full tightened, but able to use. If or when this happens again I will need to buy a better tap and have it replaced. He was very respectful of our property and friendly.

Quoted a price then doubled it says 24/7 responce made a visit time between 12.00 and 16.00 phoned at 15.45(too late to get another company) and as it was the week end and holiday Monday arranged to visit Tue then did a small repair (one solder joint) then hung around until over the hour quoted and charged us for 2 full hours "work" take payment from card authorised on phone before visit

I am writing this review to express my utmost dissatisfaction and anger towards ERG Facilities LTD for their appalling service and unprofessional behaviour. My experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I strongly urge everyone to steer clear of their services.
To begin with, ERG Facilities LTD caused significant damage to my sink and floor when trying to fix a simple leak, leaving it broken and unusable. Instead of taking responsibility for their actions, they callously tried to bill me and also told me to fix my toilet myself which was the second reason for the call out, despite it being their negligence that caused the damage in the first place. This level of incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction is completely unacceptable.

What followed was a series of repeated calls to chase the exorbitant fee for the call out of ERG Facilities LTD which I rightly declined to pay given the £1,500 repairs I had to pay to rectify their bad work. In one of these calls, I had the misfortune of dealing with an employee named Kristy, who displayed unforgivable aggression, arrogance, and downright rudeness. Her behaviour was utterly disgraceful, as she spoke to me in a condescending and belittling manner, treating me like a child rather than a paying customer.

Adding insult to injury, Kristy exhibited a prejudiced undertone by consistently mispronouncing my partner's Indian name, even after being corrected multiple times. This kind of discriminatory behaviour is not only offensive but also unprofessional and indicative of a company that lacks basic respect for its customers.

Furthermore, when I requested to escalate my complaint, Kristy shamelessly refused and even had the audacity to inform me that she would be the sole point of contact, should I attempt to reach out to their director. This blatant attempt to stifle my concerns and prevent me from seeking appropriate resolution is a clear sign of ERG Facilities LTD's unethical practices.

In light of their incompetence, unprofessionalism, and discriminatory behaviour, I strongly advise everyone to avoid ERG Facilities LTD at all costs. This company has proven themselves to be nothing more than scammers, who not only fail to deliver satisfactory service but also mistreat their customers in the process.

Rest assured, I will be taking legal action against ERG Facilities LTD to ensure they are held accountable for their actions. I implore others who have suffered similar mistreatment at the hands of this company to do the same. It is high time that ERG Facilities LTD faces the consequences of their unscrupulous actions and learns that such behaviour will not be tolerated.

In conclusion, I caution anyone seeking reliable and reputable services to stay far away from ERG Facilities LTD. Their lack of professionalism, shoddy workmanship, and disrespectful treatment of customers make them unworthy of your trust and hard-earned money.

Friendly contact from the call operator who arranged for an electrician visit within 4 hours. Electrician was great - quickly identified the issue and repaired it to a high standard despite some challenges due to a previous installation.

Very experienced and adept engineer.
Solved a long-standing problem with a leak and blockages very quickly and with helpful, reassuring explanations. Respectful, courteous and took a great interest in the job. Would highly recommend.

We were left waiting for the plumber to fix the toilet for 6 days.
