Were delayed a day from coming out and could not fix a problem which they had previously fixed. Then did a quote for a job which was 150% higher than I found from the first other place i looked.

Arrived on time and gentleman doing the job was so kind and helpful to the customer who was in her 90s! Kept in touch with us to change appointment to another day and nothing seems to be too much for them. Excellent service.

Really great service. We had an emergency when accidently drilling through a gas pipe, and an engineer was with us within the hour. Great response and service. Their engineer was very polite and knew exactly what he was doing, and a rapid repair was made.

Easy to contact quick to organise Electrican for us - we were kept updated re a small delay but Electrican arrived well within revised arrival time.Electrican identified problem very quickly and left everything in safe working order - Thank you

The men who came were very friendly, professional and experienced. There was no fuss and the wasps were dealt with promptly and very efficiently.

Unfortunately they had to cancel twice but on third go, very efficient people who came and done very quickly, polite and helpful

The first person who came did not do a great job with the wasps nest but the second time around did a wonderful job and they stayed 30 minutes before they left and make sure the wasps was diey and they did .

Very affective company. Solved squirrel problem in attick. Although communications were lacking for follow up visit. I would still recommend this company.

Great response, and very helpful and reliable. Transparent with pricing up front but was very very expensive for a simple pull cord repair. I'd use again though if I had a more complex job

Scam be aware all engineer out there they not paid me for jobs over a year total off £8000 every time I phone they are not answering my phone call, when they do they make up excuses to be paid and doesn't happen

A man and lady attended a leak at my elderly father,s apartment. They came within the time specified and my father said they were both polite and informed him at all times of what was occuring . Job finished well and leak fixed .I understand you don,t charge a call out fee but feel the hourly rate charged is excessively high . I,m sure you don,t pay your employees £135 p.h.

Bumper are a load of crooks! 1) They took money from my credit card without my agreement or signature 2) Where did they get hold of my credit card details? 3) Despite me phoning in July and being assured my money would be returned and their chasing for the monthly amount of £88.73 would stop, they continued to chase by phone, texts and emails almost on a daily basis 4) Sytner owners of CarShop Norwich eventually got involved and agreed to refund all the money Bumper had taken.

I rang ERG about booking them for a wasp nest removal asap from my attic. They arrived at my house within the hour, a gentleman explained fully about what was involved to put my mind at rest. Within the hour he was finished.

Electric guy turned up after about an hour's wait a really nice guy, explained everything and did a really nice job,would definitely recommend ERF facilities ldt.
