5 start sorted my delivery issues quickly and great product

The order process and delivery were fine, but I did not receive a proper invoice. So I contacted the support about it and never received any response.
What I did get twice, however, was a prompt to leave a review here.

I LOVE IT AND REGRET NOT GETTING ONE EARLIER

Great quality chair, pay for what you get, materials seem to be very good and the quality of the build seems great. It’s exactly as advertised, no weird variances in measurements or anything. My only complain is that the seat itself is a bit too small, what I mean by this is the outer base of the seat itself from where the grey plastic meets the mesh is basically touching my legs when sitting down. I can also feel some of the plastic edge around my upper quads/glutes. It can make sitting down not quite comfortable enough however I will caveat this by saying I’m around 103kg (chair is advertised for 150 though). Final thing to note is the features all work as expected.

I can’t be more happy than I am with the product and the liaising with Ergohuman team. Moreover, whole process of communication when smooth and overall level of support is excellent from answering the queries to providing perfect store to door service!

Fast, responsive and professional

The order was flagged for england altough i gave a german address. So they wanne get some more informations so that the delivery was delayed

On top of amazing chairs, Ergohuman has impressively good customer service. I bought a new chair, but I also have two more of the older model. One of them broke during transportation from one apartment to another. After purchasing the new chair, I decided to ask Ergohuman's support team (just in case) if something could be done to my broken one, which I purchased five years ago in a completely opposite part of the world. I asked without any hope, but to my surprise, the support team pinpointed the issue by the photos I sent, provided me with the required components, and detailed video instructions.

Excellent service, super fast delivery with FedEx and Phone support on point! Cannot recommend high enough.

Exceptional customer service

Quick delivery. Communication to Ergohuman Customer Services was very effective; prompt, very friendly, helpful.
The product itself great quality!

Only good thing about the service was the fast delivery. And that support answers quickly. But in most cases the answers were incomplete and I had to follow up. For example: I asked if I could buy the arm pads to have spare parts. I was told they were available for purchase. I checked the shop, didn't see them. Asked for a link and was then told they were not available for purchase online at this time. So what does that mean? They were but are sold out? They haven't been put online for purchase yet?
The I asked about the warranty, since it's documented anywhere on the invoice etc. It only shows up on the website. Answer I got: The warranty is as indicated on the website. Really? So if tomorrow the website indicates it's 5 years warranty now, I have no proof that I purchased the chair with a 10 year warranty. Great.
Last thing I inquired about was the invoice. It doesn't indicate any tax or VAT. Support told me it's noted on the invoice, sent a screenshot back that clearly shows all VAT and TAX is declared with 0€ / 0%. So it doesn't match with what I actually paid.

I recently purchased an Ergohuman chair, and I couldn’t be happier! The ergonomic design provides incredible support for my back, and the adjustable features make it easy to find the perfect sitting position. The mesh material is breathable, keeping me comfortable even during long work hours. Plus, the shipping was impressively fast—I received my chair much sooner than expected. Overall, a fantastic investment for anyone looking for a high-quality, comfortable office chair!

The mesh seat is hard and contoured in such a way that after a month I started to feel pain in the tailbone area. A red swelling also appeared. The manufacturer rejected the complaint submitted more than two months after the purchase. And the only thing I was offered was to replace the seat with an upholstered one at my own expense. The mesh head support sometimes plucks hair. It also has a very low range of depth adjustment. Therefore, to use it, you have to tilt your head back a lot. The Ioo seat has a much better headrest, but an even less comfortable seat for me. I don't know if I would buy this chair again, it's hard to find decent equipment on the market.

Very easy to put together and very comfy/customisable

The elite chair is the most amazing chair I have ever used. It is so comfortable you can easily spend 10 hours sitting and wont feel like it at all! Got one from my company a long time ago and now bought the v2 to my husband and his lower back pain disappeared immediately

Very responsive and helpful support staff. I was kept updated at all times and my chair was delivered as expected.

The chair arrived in perfect condition and they solved all the stuff around customs.
I can say that my daughter loves the chair and feels comfortable.
