Great experience with this company

Great experience with this company, very responsive and helpful! I had a desk and a chair and my back pain is better and also the technician that installed everything told me the best positions to sit and helped to find the best set up for my desk

Good installation service

The person who installed my chair was knowledgable and helpful and made sure I knew how to use all features of my chair before setting me up at my workstation and making sure my posture was correct.

Desk raisers

Seen what I needed on their website. Called to have a quick chat about product and company, placed ordered Tuesday received on Thursday. Really good service friendly helpful staff and product has done what I needed it to do, raised my desk and helped with sitting position.

Responsive, fast, respectful

I asked a couple of questions via an online form; got almost instant response, and ordered; my item was delivered on time and was (and still is) of a good quality as was described on their website. Even though the product quality and delivery are on third parties, the responsiveness and service is why I recommend this company.

Outstanding support!

While there was a processing error with my order (and subsequent frustration with DHL for the delivery), I truly cannot praise the support team enough (Maxine in particular)!

I would not hesitate to order again from such an excellent company.

Brilliant service - thank you

Osmond ergonomics made it super easy to organise installation of equipment. Martin was very quick, kind and knowledgeable. He installed my equipment, taught me how to use everything and set everything up in the best way to suit me. He provided a lot of useful advice and gave me some tips and tricks on how to get the best out of the equipment.

Thank you so much for such a good service and for helping me to make the most out of the equipment provided.

Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking at getting equipment from Osmond ergonomics.

I loved how they were quite upfront…

I loved how they were quite upfront about delays connected to getting the Advantage 360 keyboards as it had to be ordered straight from Kinesis. All along communicating about it. When I got the keyboard it was worth the wait since it’s one amazing keyboard. Hands down the best typing experience I ever had.

Friendly and helpful telephone support answered my questions (the item was in stock, available immediately and next-day delivery by DHL was included in the price.

So I bought a Kinesis keyboard from the online store and it arrived next day.

A great experience!

I was awarded equipment thanks to DSA. All appointments were organised around my schedule. The admin team were very accommodating especially as I’m awfully anxious making phone calls so they were happy to organise everything via email. Chris assessed me and was great, so knowledgeable and experienced! Assessed me for equipment I wasn’t even aware of but has been very helpful. Martin came to build and fit my equipment this morning. I was running a little late but he was very happy to wait an extra 5 minutes. Martin was great, also very knowledgeable and reassured me that if I have any trouble, to always call and advice will be given. Even minor things such as not allowing my front door to slam (as it’s an emergency fire door) made the appointment more enjoyable as I have severe noise sensitivity.
