Received adequate support and chair set up explained

Kevin Elkins delivered ergonomic chair and ensured that it is set up correctly. He walked me through all the chair controls step by step and in the end adjusted the chair with me to fit my requirements. Thanks a lot for the support!

Chris is an amazing guy

Chris is an amazing guy. Very polite and informative when setting up my equipment. Also very understanding when my dog had a fitting episode in front of him, and let me sort my dog out before getting my fiancé to help me with him. Cannot thank you enough for that Chris!

A Job well done

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Mr.Martin Webb, before the set up, I did have my previous work desk in the way but he gladly helped me clear and move them.
He then did my installation with efficiency and took his time in explaining how my equipment works. He ensured that I was all set up, well adjusted and comfortable with my seating.He made suggestions and advised me what would work best with my equipment considering my condition and keeping my station tidy.
He also advised me of who I can contact in the event that I may need extra help.

I truly have no complaints.
I am always happy to meet such graceful people and I would also highly recommend Osmond Ergonomics to anyone who would want to hear.

Chris from Osmond Ergonomics helped me…

Chris from Osmond Ergonomics helped me with my the installation of my specialist chair, mouse and keyboard. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable nothing was too much trouble to make sure we got correct setting and position of my chair to help my disability whilst studying.

Prompt and good quality

This was one of the handful of sources who had the mouse I required in stock. I am grateful to them for that. The price was competitive and the purchase and delivery was smooth and prompt. There was regular update via email after the purchase from the company. The product has met all expectations in term of quality and function. I would definitely recommend them.

Martin installed my daughters ergonomic…

Martin installed my daughters ergonomic equipment today. He was helpful and supportive and was able to answer any questions my daughter had about her new equipment. He was extremely pleasant and kind which helps when you have a child that has anxiety. Martin, keep up the great work that you do! This desk is a game changer…

As an IT professional I’ve spent most of my working life sat behind a keyboard. Even more so, now I work from home. I saw a colleague using a sit-stand desk and thought I simply had to get one. My sit-stand desk from Osmond Ergonomics has been a game changer for my health and wellbeing. I now spend more time standing than sitting! I have more energy and productivity has increased. The desk rises and lowers effortlessly in seconds and the quality is excellent. I wish I had bought my desk from Osmond Ergonomics years ago.

I had a great experience with Osmond…

I had a great experience with Osmond ergonomics. They are an official distributor of Kinesis keyboards, which are life savers for my career.
Kinesis recently released new version: 360 which was available for preorder in US only for some time until recently, when it appeared in Osmond.
My order was easy, stuff was answering my questions without delays. They also contacted me when keyboard was ready for shipment, asked if I can wait for palm rest or better to send keyboard straight away. I choose latter. Two days later I got it.
The only confusing part of my experience was a price calculation rules: on web site, when you look at the keyboard, it states price of 513.95£, however when you make an order, it bumps to 616£ by attaching VAT to it. I’m used to see a final price this days in UK and was confused to see VAT included at the last step of the order.

Kinesis Advantage 360 Pro

Pre-ordered the new Kinesis Advantage 360 Pro, Osmond Ergonomics is its UK distributor.
The keyboard arrived fairly shortly after it has been launched (delivered by DHL), and Osmond has been helpful in answering questions, e.g. about availability of keyboard layouts (manufacturer only provides US layout).
They also included a short ergonomic posture leaflet, which was a nice touch.
Keyboard works great.

Ordered keyboard being imported from US, were able to keep me informed at every stage and very quick at responding to inquiries. Even were able to order an item from the supplier they don't stock on their own website, absolute super stars! Thank you
