Excellent service from the beginning of the assessment procedure to the installation by Chris Grieves. He gave me the best advice about the items I need, delivery on time, and the set up was done efficiently. He also spent extra time to explain how to use/adapt the equipment.

Martin was on time, professional and talked though each item, aswell as being very thorough with instructions for using the equipment, he made it clear that if I had any trouble or questions he was very happy to follow it up or arrange another visit. Great service and excellent support from Martin Webb, the engineer. He arrived on time, explained the process and proceeded with the installation quickly and with no fuss. Once the installation was completed he explained the use of the equipment thoroughly and in-depth with full advice and with detail.
I was very happy with the excellent service I received for this order.
The installation took a while to get booked, but the booking was slowed down by restrictions last year.
Great service and happy to rearrange at short notice when I was unavailable.

Fully professional and very helpful throughout. Initial appointment to measure me, gave me best advice for getting items as soon as possible. Delivery and set up by same person, very thorough.
Am really pleased with my home office "workplace assessment" and the subsequent set up/installation of a custom fit office chair. Communications were excellent and timely and reassuring. It's only been a couple of days since receiving the new chair and I'm already seeing improvements and alleviation of some stiffness. I'm a very happy and satisfied customer - worth every penny.
Ordering was easy. Had a prompt reply via email. Then a telephone call to arrange delivery. Delivery was exactly on time. Assembly was done efficiently and instruction on use very clear and fully understood
Very happy with installation and the service I received.
The only reason it’s not a 5-stars is that the armrests on my chair won’t let me come close enough to the desk. Kevin (who installed everything for me) even swapped the sides of the armrests but in this position they can’t turn inwards. It’s a bit sad as the chair is really expensive and although everything else works fantastically I’m surprised this can’t be fixed.
Second, I’m not sure if there are better systems out there but the bed laptop stand is quite difficult to adjust, my hands are weak. I also can’t adjust the height with the laptop on it at all, which makes it annoying as you have to keep making adjustmenrs. I think there is room for improvement such as both sides adjust at the same time, buttons/clips that are easier to press, the possibility to fit slightly bigger laptops, and a way to fix the mouse tray in place and still be able to fold it all away.
Third, the desk laptop stand with its inbuilt document holder is great but It gets in the way of adjusting the screen brightness for example. It would be nicer if it was removable or easier to fold away when I don’t need it.
Thank you to Kevin who explained everything in detail and even showed me out to build/take down the desk if I have to move houses.
