I was very impressed with Osmond Ergonomics. I was after an ergonomic mouse and was given some excellent advice on products over the online chat. My chosen product was out of stock, but they kept me informed about progress. When it can the mouse suggested is perfect for my needs, so great job all round

ordering was quick and painless, customer service followed up regarding delays with no prompting.

only negative is the use of UPS for shipping, and that's subjective - they've consistently been the worse of the delivery services I've dealt with, with bad and inconsistent tracking, and the majority of packages from them arriving only after delays.

I ordered a seat/standing desk that can be closed into a cabinet after use and I love it! It was delivered after two weeks of ordering it during just before Xmas. It's pretty heavy but I was notified about it before ordering. It comes assembled which is a big plus.

Having arthritic hands I needed a special mouse but could not try out the products easily in the pandemic. I spoke more than once with support staff who gave me much helpful information. I chose the AirO2bic mouse and, after 2 weeks use, I feel this is the best product for me. I need to keep my wrist from flexing, and put my thumb in a position where it cannot grip the mouse or do anything. This product clearly keeps the wrist straight. It does not have a thumb rest, but as advised by the support staff, you can rest the thumb along the top. As they said, one automatically grips with the thumb, but you have to remember to position it correctly until it becomes habit. The only improvement to the product for me would be to incorporate an adjustable thumb rest, like the Contour Unimouse. The product was despatched and delivered promptly.
