Swift work done, staff on site were courteous and efficient. Home is now warmer and more secure following installation of 2 composite doors and 1 patio door.

Company very helpful helping me to choose which windows, and what type, to be fitted. Kept me informed of the progress of the window production and proposed fitting dates. Fitters were very tidy, efficient and courteous at all times.
Would highly recommend ERG.

Visited promptly by salesman, who was polite, took measurements and assured a response. Visited the showroom, but polite staff there could not get in touch with the salesman or other sales staff. Phoning later to ask about a follow-up brought a promise of contact, but there seems to have been an error in the email address (as happens over the phone). Going elsewhere now.

I have used ERG twice recently for my properties and on both occasions the service they have given me has been first class.

Their quotations have been very competitive, communications have been swift and efficient. And the work was completed on time with no fuss.

The staff are very friendly and very knowlegable and I won't hesitate to use them again.

From start to finish the whole experience was easy to follow from the initial meeting with the salesman who didn't pressure sell,the very efficient survey and probably the best and hardest working window fitter I have seen(Neil).Even the billing was exact and very well explained.

Various people been out on numerous occasions to resolve such as the majority of windows jamming, water coming through gap at bottom of door, fitting a piece of plastic that had a hole in it and tried to cover with mastic!
Requested phone contact from management which had never been forthcoming.
Today reported another issue with a window that will not open.

To say I am disappointed is an understatement. To date they have sent someone to rectify issues which I’m thankful for, however I have never had windows fitted by a company where there continues to be ongoing issues, this is more than teething issues

My experience of ERG has been awful from poor standard of fitting and distinct lack of management contact.

Great company to deal with. Even when you know exactly what you want the surveyor will help with suggestions for improvements such as a wider door so our customers can fit through with their luggage etc. They finished the door off beautifully even adding a little extra trim on the inside that I requested to make the finish perfect. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use again. The whole team are very helpful from salesmen, to fitters, surveyor and office staff...superb..thank you

We recently had a new front door and four windows installed in our house in Ross-shire and are delighted with the quality of the products and the skilled workmanship of the installers. The composite door is of the high insulating quality we were looking for, since our house faces the sea (about 150 metres) and the prevailing wind. Despite several days of gales and heavy rain it has already proved its worth - an enormous improvement on our previous double glazed door which allowed the wind to penetrate round its edges.
The four PVC windows we had fitted on the north-facing side of the house are also impressive. As well as having a high standard of insulation, they are also attractive to look at, as has been commented on by several visitors.
The whole process from the first survey through to the final installation was first class, especially the efficiency and friendliness of the staff from salesman, surveyor, receptionist and installers.
We should add that we had a conservatory and garage conversion carried out by ERG Scotland about five years ago and were also very impressed by them.

My wife emailed on 9/6/25 requesting a quote for secondary glazing. Silence. I phoned on 11/6 asking what's going on. A call back promised. Eventually a call stating the email went to a 'Brendan' who was on holiday (out of office reply anyone?) and would call me Monday (16/6). Silence. I call today 18/6 (reluctantly as this has NOT been encouraging to say the least) explaining the lack of anything, no apologies, put on hold to eventually hear the dreaded "How can I help?". I said I'd already explained everything to which she repeated (with a tone as if I was testing her patience) the scenario. So why " How can I help"??? I was exasperated. By her tone you'd think I'd inconvenienced her. No apologies for the utter silence since our initial enquiry. I hung up before I lost my temper.
They failed in every nauseating claim of excellence and professionalism on their website and that was before anyone actually turned up. There's no excuse these days for poor to non existent communication. If that's their acceptable standard then I'm glad it's going no further. We're going elsewhere.

Needed our garage window replacing , it was an old metal framed double glazed unit with surroundings that were well past their best ,and rot in the corners.
Jim did our installation, talked us through the process ,showed us the rot, and removed the old window.
He then , made good and replaced all the surroundings with plastic and composite materials, fitted the the new window. He then sealed the unit inside and out making a wonderful job of it. A first class job , we are well pleased ,and cannot believe all the extra light it has let in .

Had a new conservatory roof fitted with new windows and frames. The guys were excellent, nothing was too much trouble and they went above and beyond to ensure the final finish was perfect. From the builders to the painter and the electrician I can't thank them enough. 5 stars all the way!

Really human interaction with the firm. First the salesman was polite and considerate, second the office were really good to deal with and lastly the fitter worked hard, was professional and good humoured. The door is great and looks just how we wanted.

We engaged ERG to replace our old windows and install new patio sliding doors onto a new decking area. The ERG team were responsive to our requirements, completed the installation quickly and efficiently and left the site perfectly tidy. The work was completed in 2022, and I have delayed this review for 2.5 years in case there were any subsequent problems - there have not been, and we are delighted with the work. We have no hesitation in recommending ERG.
