Excellent Job
We are delighted with our new aluminium sliding patio windows. The fitters arrived at around 8.30 am and completed both installations by around 1.30pm.
A very professional job, and once completed left everything clean and tidy.
We would recommend this company.

ERG responded quickly to our request for a quote, visited the property within 7 days and installed our windows and doors faster than we expected. The quality of the doors and windows seems excellent. I particular want to commend the installer who was quick, courteous and meticulous. His workmanship upholds the companies reputation for quality. Indeed all the company’s personnel have been a pleasure to deal with.

I am very pleased with our new door which was fitted by a very pleasant and efficient young man.
It looks smart and has cut out all the draughts.
The man who came previously to measure for the new door was also very efficient, helpful and polite.
An envelope arrived today with the guarantee for 20 years , instructions for maintenance and my receipt.

Excellent service all round
Excellent service all round. I needed a new kitchen window. Appointments were made and kept, the whole process was efficient and pricing etc made transparent - no hidden costs and everything explained.
The fitters made a fantastic job and left the place spotless, and the whole process, from the initial contact to the job done was completed in a very short time.
I can't thank them enough and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company to anyone.

Excellent service
From the outset, the service we received has been courteous and efficient. The fitter was excellent, even though he had had a very long journey to reach us; he was polite and worked very hard, all on his own, because his workmate was too unwell to attend. We are delighted with our new door and window which look very well made and stylish. We can thoroughly recommend this company.

We had our Conservatory replaced by ERG recently and have nothing but praise for the service we received from the Sales to the installation everything was plain sailing and installation was done 2 weeks earlier than expected. The installers Gary and Jody were superb and very professional - totally delighted with the finished product. Worth 6 stars!!!!

This company is without doubt the worst double glazing firm I have ever had the misfortune to come across. They were unreliable and gave a totally unacceptable level of service. I would not under any circumstances use this company for anything.
