I worked with Emma Gillespie at Eric Robinson on a house purchase. I don't live in the UK so I was expecting some challenges in getting all of the steps completed in a timely manner, but Emma was super-communicative, helped me understand exactly what was needed and when, and generally made the process really easy. Unfortunately the online portal didn't work - which would have been useful to monitor progress. However I have to particularly single out Charlotte Gillett for special praise. She was unfailingly prompt with updates and answered all my questions both quickly and knowledgably. She was both sympathetic to my stress levels and understood that I needed to be kept up to date at all times. Indeed all the staff that I dealt with were courteous and helpful, so I would definitely recommend Eric Robinson for conveyencing issues.

Avoid the Conveyancing Team of Eric Robinson Solicitors in Chandlers Ford, if you possibly can. I chose them over an internet-based conveyancer, because I thought it would be useful to have local access. But I found them to be uncommunicative and extremely slow in the relatively simple conveyancing of a small terraced house in Eastleigh.
I have a further 3 properties to sell in the next few months, and I have this particular company tagged as a definite "Don't Buy" rather than a "Best Buy".

Emma at Eric Robinson was superb in dealing with the sale of our house. Quick, efficient, no question to difficult to answer with as much information at her disposal.
